Matt Bomer Joins The Cast Of "American Horror Story: Freak Show"
"White Collar" star, Matt Bomer, has been cast in "American Horror Story: Freak Show" for a one-episode appearance.

White Collar‘s Matt Bomer has been added to American Horror Story: Freak Show.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Magic Mike star will appear in one episode of the upcoming AHS season centered on one of the last remaining freak shows in 1950’s Jupiter, Florida.

Details of Bomer’s role haven’t been revealed at this point, but showrunner, Ryan Murphy, who Bomer has previously worked with on Glee and The Normal Heart, has confirmed that the character will be “warped.”

The official description for Freak Show says:

American Horror Story: Freak Show begins its tale in the quiet, sleepy hamlet of Jupiter, Florida. The year is 1952. A troupe of curiosities has just arrived to town, coinciding with the strange emergence of a dark entity that savagely threatens the lives of townsfolk and freaks alike. This is the story of the performers and their desperate journey of survival amidst the dying world of the American carny experience.

Bomer will join returning cast members Jessica Lange, Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates, Evan Peters, Frances Conroy, Sarah Paulson, Emma Roberts, and Gabourey Sidibe, as well as newcomers and guest-stars Michael Chiklis, Patti LaBelle, West Bentley, John Carroll Lynch, Finn Wittrock, and Jyoti Amge.

American Horror Story: Freak Show, will premiere on Wednesday, October 8 on FX.
