In this new clip from The Legend of Korra Book 4, episode 2 “Korra Alone,” Korra is lost, alone, and facing her own inner demons.
The new clip, titled “Finding the Avatar,” sees Korra in a rundown public washroom where she uses healing, a sub-waterbending discipline, to mend her injured body after the ring fight that left her badly bruised at the end of episode 1 “After All These Years.”
When Korra emerges from the washroom, she runs into what is clearly a familiar foe – herself. She sees a hallucination of herself after she had freed her arms and legs from the chains that the Red Lotus had bound her in during the last episode of Book 3. Korra looks at herself and says, “You again.” She proceeds to fire bend at the hallucination, clearly tormented by its presence, after it begins to attack her with the chains still wrapped around its wrists.
Another new clip was released earlier today and showed a flashback within the new episode to a time three years earlier when Korra was leaving Republic City to return home to the Southern Water Tribe for some much needed rest and recovery.
