Marvel Canada Forgets About Black Widow In Tweet, Fans Don’t Respond Well

Marvel Forgets About Black Widow In Tweet, Fans Don't Respond Well
In a recent tweet, Marvel Canada forgot to mention Black Widow, a fan favourite character from "Avengers," and their followers didn't respond well.

On Monday, Marvel Canada tweeted out a message asking fans which character they’re most excited to see when Avengers: Age of Ultron hits theatres. Well, the tweet itself was certainly lacking and fans didn’t respond too well.

Whoever was responsible for the tweet in question was likely just mentioning the three characters they thought would get the most engagement from fans, which isn’t hard to understand. After all, most people are aware that tweets are limited to 140 characters.

Well, it wasn’t long before Marvel fans began tweeting back with the characters that they were looking forward to seeing:

Anyone else catch the unifying theme here?

It’s no surprise that fans reacted this way, especially considering their overwhelming thirst for a Black Widow solo film. But, since Marvel has announced 9 new films, all slated to premiere by 2019, it’s likely that we’ll have to wait even longer for Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johansson) to do her thing, without the aid of Iron Man or Captain America that is.

Good job, Marvel fandom! Good job, indeed!
