The Legend of Korra came to an end back in December 2014, but fans of the Nickelodeon series are still pining for more.
One of the most prominent things about The Legend of Korra was its female lead character. Korra was strong, willful, complicated, and savvy. But, just in case, here’s the gist: ATLA follows 12-year-old Avatar Aang as he travels the world, mastering all four elements. Throughout the series, he’s accompanied by his three close friends – Sokka, Katara, and Toph – and together, they fight to protect the world from the ruthless Fire Nation.
