Anything that brings together Emma Watson and Disney is already one of my top 10 favourite things of all time. But, as new images are released from the Beauty and the Beast live-action film are released, I start to fall in love with it for other reasons.

The first art from the upcoming film gives us an early look at Lumière (Ewen McGregor) and Cogsworth (Ian McKellen) (aka the candle stick and the clock).

While most of us seemed to get excited, thinking the image was a still from the film, it’s actually just concept art, as clarified by the film’s producer Jack Morrisey on his Facebook page:

“These designs are close but may not be final.”

However, as io9 pointed out, the image “immediately conveys what the film’s director, Bill Condon, is going for with this remake: reality, but with a lush fantastic look.”

The photo is reportedly from the Beauty and the Beast: 25th Anniversary Edition home video release, hitting stores on September 20, 2016. There’s also a still of Luke Evans as Gaston and Josh Gad as LeFou performing “Gaston” in a pub:

Oh, and let’s not forget the fine specimen that is Dan Stevens, who plays Beast:

Beauty and the Beast, also starring Emma Thompson, Kevin Kline, and a slew of other talents, hits theatres on March 17, 2017.
