HMD which owns Nokia is planning to host an event on October 4 in London and the rumors are strong that it will be about the new Nokia 7.1 and 7.1 Plus models.

The Plus model may possess a powerful Snapdragon 710 processor, while the regular version could be having an equally efficient Snapdragon 660 chipset, according to the predictions.

Lenovo S5 Pro launched in China

Lenovo has become active this month, especially in the current week. After launching new budget phones in India earlier this week, it launched another mid-range device, but this time in China, on Thursday. The company unveiled its S5 Pro smartphone, a mid-range camera-specific device aimed at consumers wanting better camera pictures along with other great features.

Design, Specs, and Camera

The S5 Pro has a metal unibody design. It has a 6.18inch IPS LCD Full HD+ display (with a resolution of 1080x2246p), having an aspect ratio of 18.7:9.

The performance is taken care of by Qualcomm’s powerful Snapdragon 636 processor, coupled with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The phone has a dual hybrid SIM slot to expand the capacity. There will be another variant too, with 6GB RAM/128GB option, which will be unveiled later. It runs on Android Oreo 8.1 out-of-the-box skinned in Lenovo’s own ZUI 5.0, which provides split-multitasking and dual accounts for specific apps. You can have 4 different accounts for a single app!

The phone has a decent 3,500mAh battery and also has a Type-C port.

Coming onto the camera department, then the S5 Pro houses a dual-rear camera setup of 12MP (f/1.8 aperture) plus a 20MP telephoto lens (f/2.6 aperture), for 2x zooming. The rear camera can shoot 4K videos @30fps.

On the front, there is a large 20MP (Sony sensor) selfie camera, inside the notch-yes there is notch too. The front camera can also take portraits, while the video shooting capability is up to 1080p. There is also a 3D face scanner which not has an AI face unlock feature but also helps in making the selfies even more better in terms of quality, according to the company.

Price

In China the S5 Pro will be shipped from October 21st 2018. It costs around CNY 1,300 for the 6GB/64GB model (around $190) which translates to about Rs.13,947.

The higher storage version of 128GB internal capacity is not available at this time. It will be arriving later. There was also no news on whether there will be an India variant of the S5 Pro or not.

These are our life, especially the former one. These really matter for us. We use mobiles to connect to our friends or family or others we know anywhere and anytime wherever they are. Mobile is used to watch films and videos, play games and listen to music when we get bored. Even it can be a map guide by showing us our destinations when we are lost.

Laptops can be helpful to ask the above things. Calling others too? Yeah. You can do that too! So these two items prove to be the most needed and essential items in day-to-day uses. Right?

Well, our beloved cell phones and laptops work with the help of batteries, we know that. When we’re using our mobile phones and laptops so long or let’s say continuously, the battery charge is sure to be finished up. What to do then? Of course, recharge them! For this, we need the chargers which are the next most essential item on the list. The basic charging system is the USB cord and the brick provided. But what to do when there’s no electricity or when we’re traveling? The power bricks or the power banks and the wireless chargers come to work. So having these is important too.

Oh, it’s so cold outside! But I have to take a bath. What should I do? At this moment, the geyser and water heaters come to our savings. We all know it’s really hard to use cold water during winters, and boiling a little water on a gas burner is easy, but what about a large amount? So we need geyser and water heaters.
Well, these are a part-time necessary thing used during winters but are needed and handy for sure.

There are many other such things. So, we need a multi-tool kit. This one’s a kit which has nearly twenty or more tools attached to a single joint. So, you can open anything anytime with it. Asus Launches New Phones in India: Zenfone Max 1 and Zenfone Lite L1

Asus launched two new phones in India, on Wednesday, namely the Zenfone Max 1 and Zenfone Lite L1. The phones are targeted towards the budget customers. The phones will also compete with Xiaomi’s cheaper phones, especially the Redmi 6A and Redmi 6, in budget categories, mainly under the Rs.10,000 range.

Zenfone Max 1 Specs

The phone comes with a 5.45inch HD+ display (having a resolution of 1440x720p), protected with a 2.5D curved glass. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor, coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage (expandable via microSD card). For better duration of usage it also has a large 4,000mAh battery.

When it comes to camera, the Max 1 has a 13MP lens on the rear (f/2.0), with PDAF, while on the front, there is a 8MP lens (f/2.0).

For security, the phone also has a fingerprint sensor that works fine. It runs on the Android Oreo 8.0 out-of-the-box (layered in Asus ZenUI 5).

Zenfone Lite L1

This one also has a 5.45inch HD+ display and it’s also powered by the same chipset like the Zenfone Max 1, which is Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor, coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded via a microSD card. The battery on this one is of 3,000mAh, which is decent considering the price range.

For taking good photos and selfies, there is a rear camera of 13MP (f/2.0) with PDAF and a front camera of 5MP with flash. Although it doesn’t have a fingerprint sensor, but, it does have the face unlock feature which works decently, if not very quickly.

Zenfone Lite L1 runs on Android Oreo 8.0 out-of-the-box (also layered in Asus ZenUI 5).

Price

Both the phones will be exclusively available on the online portal Flipkart and will go on sale during the upcoming Flipkart Festive Dhamaka Sale.
