FINDING TRUE PURPOSE IN LIFE, MOHAMMAD SHAIKH

FINDING TRUE PURPOSE IN LIFE, MOHAMMAD SHAIKH

Life is a series of different events. It never stays the same, and for sure, nothing lasts. More than often, people are agonized by the haphazardous and instability that life brings along itself. But even though on the surface, there seems to be no specific reason for why there are so many twists and turns in life, every situation teaches an individual something new and unique. With every circumstance that a person comes face to face with, they are only one step closer to reaching what they are actually meant to do in life.

The famous author Stephan King worked as a janitor at a high school before he realized what his true calling was. Before Giorgio Armani became one of the top fashion designers all across the world, he studied medicine and then left university for serving the military. Harrison Ford, the TV star, became a self-taught carpenter before he made the switch to the entertainment industry.

Muhammad Shaikh, the well-known Islamic scholar, shares a similar story. Before the influential scholar devoted his life to Islam, he would act for advertisements as a model for his video rental shop. It was only a matter of situational changes that helped Mohammad Shaikh realize that he was sent to the world for a whole new reason and that too, a very sacred one.

UNAWARE OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Mohammad Shaikh was born on October 6, 1956, in Karachi, Pakistan. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ghulam Nazimuddin, were both Muslims, and he grew up learning the basic principles and values about Islam. Even though the family was religious, they weren’t “extreme Muslims.” This made the boy a cultural Muslim who had no idea about the daily practices of Islam, and he offering only his Jumu’ah prayers or Eid prayers ad reading the Holy Quran without understanding the verses.

His grandfather, Captain Ghulam Fareeduddin, was an associate of Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan. His family-owned ‘Video Cottage’ a video rental shop, which was part of the family business. A student at the Happy Home School, he completed his primary education and went to Islamia College.

In 1969, Mohammad Shaikh’s father passed away, and the young teenager was left to look after his family. After graduating from the college, he was inducted in National Survey announced by the prime minister for the 1971 war and was deployed as part of the military police at the Rajasthan borders. Knowing that the forces were not where he wanted to be,

Mohammad Shaikh got himself enrolled in the Merchant Navy, and was selected as a cadet, and very soon was here he was promoted to the rank of the Second Officer. Financial stability is what he was looking for at the time, and the Navy paid him well. Besides that, Mohammad Shaikh also got to travel the three-fourth part of the world, and he performed pilgrimage at Makkah.

It is during his time on the ship that he had his “first sign.” There, he met a devout Christian who was well-versed with his religion and had a plethora of knowledge about the teachings of the Bible. The man asked a series of questions and got Mohammad Shaikh thinking about what kind of Muslim he was.

The Christian asked him if he was a Muslim, to which Mohammad Shaikh responded positively. The man then said, “Bible was revealed before the Holy Quran, and the Quran has stolen the teachings of the Bible.” Mohammad Shaikh was perplexed by the statement, and when the man saw his expressions, he said, “tell me something from the Quran, and I will bring a verse from the Bible that states the same thing.” Unaware of the verses stated in the Holy Quran, Mohammad Shaikh couldn’t give an answer to the man.

A few minutes conversation with the Christian left Mohammad Shaikh uneasy, and he began questioning himself.

FINDING THE RIGHT DIRECTION

Five years later, Mohammad Shaikh resigned from the Navy and joined his family business. For expanding his business, he started shooting advertisements for his shop, that had its branches on Tariq Road and Defense, Karachi.  This developed an interest in filmmaking, modeling, and documentaries in Mohammad Shaikh.  His photographs appeared in advertisements in magazines, and he started to work on making documentaries as well.

Still shaken by the conversation Mohammad Shaikh had with the Christian, Mohammad Shaikh gradually began to find his way into religion. He started by reading the translated Quran and the watched videos by scholars such as Ahmad Deedat.

During this time, Mohammad Shaikh got his second, and final encounter with a life-changing experience. One day a man entered the shop and asked Mohammad Shaikh for an unavailable movie. Upon learning that the shop didn’t offer the movie title, the man got really frustrated and left the shop. He returned a few minutes later with four other men and a gun. The man started hitting Mohammad Shaikh on his head, and he could feel himself becoming unconscious. As if that wasn’t enough, he felt another gun on his chest and heard two gunshots.  Knowing that this was probably how God would take his life, Mohammad Shaikh vowed to be a better Muslim and said to himself, “Lord, save my life, and I will dedicate my life to You.”

From then on, Mohammad Shaikh realized what his true calling life was, and he devoted himself to the Lord and his teachings. In 1988, Muhammad Shaikh was the only candidate selected from Pakistan when Shaikh Ahmed Deedat selected 30 Daee’s from across the world to undergo Da’wah training and comparative religious studies at the IPCI headquarters in Durban, South Africa. After successfully completing the course, he was awarded the certificate by Deedat.

His dedication made him the 4th Most Influential Muslim in the World in an online poll conducted by Reuters in 2009, and he was featured in the book “The 500 Most Influential Muslims 2010” by The Royal Islamic Strategic Studies Centre.

Mohammad Shaikh was also invited by several notable organizations such as The Department of Islamic Affairs & Charitable Activities in Dubai to talk about Islamic topics. He was also invited to deliver speeches by organizations in Houston, US, and Toronto, Canada.

In 2005, Muhammad Shaikh survived an assassination attempt in which he was severely injured. He was shot by a person during a lecture in his educational center in Karachi. The bullet passed through his face above the jaw, damaging the nerves and breaking several teeth. Thanking God for surviving this violent attack, he carried on with his life. He then established English and Urdu IIPCTV Internet Channels. He has been independently researching The Quran since 1987 and has compiled above 50 reference booklets and has delivered these lectures in both English and Urdu languages.

His dedication got him featured in the book “The 500 Most Influential Muslims 2010,” published by The Royal Islamic Strategic Studies Centre in Aman. He was given honorable credentials by “The 500 Most Influential Muslims” book published in 2011 and 2012 under the category “Preachers and Spiritual Guides.” In a poll by Reuters-Faith World, he was publicly voted as the 4th Most Influential Muslim in the World.

Mohammad Shaikh also designed the world’s first Color-Coded Quran, which helps people easily understand every word of the Quran with its grammatical value. It was launched by IIPC Canada and is electronically available on Amazon Kindle and Google Play Store!

The rapper turned himself in to federal authorities on Thursday, September 23.

His lawyer, Charles Kuck, tells TMZ:

“Last night’s manufactured charges are yet another example of how our justice system, from ICE down to the local level, unjustly targets young black men who seek to exercise their rights. There is no legitimate basis for these charges nor for ICE’s continued antics, and we will fight until Mr. Joseph is justly vindicated.”

At the time of last night’s arrest, Savage was out on bond while awaiting a deportation hearing in connection with his 2019 immigration battle.

The “Bank Account” rapper, born Sheyaa Bin Abraham-Joseph, was previously arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers in Atlanta, Georgia in 2019 after the feds discovered his visa had expired and he was in America illegally.

Outrage as border agents on horseback ’round up’ Haitians for deportation; DHS tells Haiti’s government to expect EIGHT flights per day

The photographer who took photos of Border Patrol agents on horseback chasing down Haitian migrants is speaking out.

The viral photos showed frightened Haitian people desperately clinging to bags of food and fleeing while agents on horseback chased them.

The optics of white federal agents herding Black men like cattle sparked outrage around the world.

Democrats Maxine Waters and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi accused the border agents of “whipping” the Haitian men.

Speaking with KTSM, photographer Paul Ratje said he and his colleagues never saw agents whipping anyone.

“Some of the Haitian men started running, trying to go around the horses,” said Ratje, who is based in Las Cruces. He said he took the pictures from the Mexico side of the border.

Ratje said a photo frozen in time can give the impression that the agent used his long reins to whip people.

“I’ve never seen them whip anyone. He was swinging [the reins], but it can be misconstrued when you’re looking at the picture.”

White House press secretary Jen Psaki called the images “horrific”, and she said the agents in the photos have been suspended.

On Thursday, the White House issued a statement saying Border Patrol agents are no longer allowed to use horses to patrol the border.

A Black reporter confronted the U.S. Food and Drug Administration [FDA] official who called for shooting vaccine-filled blow darts at Black people who refused to get vaccinated.

Project Veritas released the second video of its undercover Covid-19 vaccine investigative series on Wednesday.

In the video, FDA economist, Taylor Lee, said U.S. Government policy should be similar to Nazi Germany when it comes to forcing people to take the vaccine.

“I think that a lot of the time — so there’s also this issue of — I remember reading about how with Covid trials, they were having an issue recruiting African American people. It was because of a different medication the government tried to do that was specifically designed to kill African Americans.”

He added: “Again, blow darts. It is the perfect answer.”

In a follow-up video, Lee was confronted by R.C. Maxwell, a Black reporter with Project Veritas, who asked Lee to comment on his remarks about shooting blow darts at Black people.

“Taylor Lee? Would you mind giving me a comment on these statements you’ve made? If I was unvaccinated would you, you know, hypothetically want to shoot me with a blow dart?”

The View co-hosts Sunny Hostin and Ana Navarro were asked to leave the set after both tested positive for Covid-19.

Hostin and Navarro were escorted off camera by ABC Studio security after leaving the set.

The embarrassing incident occurred live on the air on Friday, Sept. 24, just seconds before welcoming Vice President Kamala Harris onstage for an interview.

Reportedly, the co-hosts were asked to leave by Secret Service agents.

The View‘s hosts are all fully vaccinated, but they can still contract and spread the virus to others.

“Ana and Sunny have to leave,” Joy Behar told the national TV audience. “And we’ll tell you why in a couple minutes.

“Shall I introduce the vice-president?” she asked a producer. “Okay, vice-president — no? Okay, shall we dance? Let’s do a tap dance. Since this is gonna be a major news story any minute now.”

After the break, Behar explained why Hostin and Navarro were booted off the set — because they tested positive for Covid.

“No matter how hard we try, these things happen. They probably have a breakthrough case, and they’ll be okay, I’m sure, because they’re both vaccinated up the wazoo, you know, a lot of vaccines.”

Joyner Lucas dropped a music video for his single “Your Heart”, featuring rapper J. Cole, on Friday.

In the music video, which Joyner Lucas directed, the cheating rapper stands idly by while his vindictive ex-girlfriend breaks up all the expensive things he bought her.

The video opens with the ex-girlfriend cutting up his sneaker collection and pouring bleach on his clothes. Then she moves to the living room where she pours wine on his luxurious sofa, knifes the cushions, smashes his dining room table, and swings a bat at his computer monitor.

Through the destruction, Joyner raps:

    “I broke your heart, huh?”
You knew I was a f–k nigga from the start, huh?
You should’ve listened when they said I was a dog, huh?
You should’ve listened to your head when you had thoughts, huh?”

In another scene, Joyner and J. Cole watch as the vengeful ex romps in the sack with another man.

J. Cole scolds Joyner:

“You run your b-tch through the mud, you deserve that
So you can feel it for yourself where it hurt at
What goes around comes around, I know you heard that
While you was creepin’, tell me, did it not occur that

YouTuber Omi in a Hellcat Faces 514 Years in Prison in Massive Internet Piracy Case

Popular Youtuber and Instagram influencer Omi in a Hellcat faces 514 years in prison after prosecutors indicted him and two associates in a scheme to sell copyrighted cable network programs to thousands of subscribers on his online firestick service.

Prosecutors say Omi, 36, and his two associates, Jesse Gonzales, 42, of Pico Rivera, Calif., and Michael Barone, 36, of Richmond Hill, N.Y., must forfeit nearly $35 million in assets, including over 50 luxury cars and motorcycles, as well as dozens of homes and businesses in Philadelphia.

Omi’s companies operated under different names, including Gears TV, Reboot, Reloaded and Gears.

Thousands of users paid a monthly fee to access premium cable TV and sports content through firesticks.

His illegal enterprise earned him over $30 million between March 2016 and November 2019 when his homes were raided by the feds, VladTV reports.

The Philadelphia native, real name Bill Omar Carrasquillo, is charged with conspiracy, violating the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, reproduction of a protected work, access device fraud, making false statements to a bank, income tax evasion and money laundering.

Federal agents seized nearly all of Omi’s assets in a raid in 2019. Feds also froze his girlfriend’s bank accounts.

Still, he continued to taunt the feds on his YouTube channel and in interviews with other influencers.

Omi’s lawyer, Donte Mills, stated his client is being falsely accused, and that his enterprise was legit.

“Mr. Carrasquillo tapped into a brand-new, unregulated industry and was very successful. Most people are called pioneers when they do that; Omar is called a criminal. The government assumes my client was not smart enough to do this legally because of his background. He is and we will prove that.”
