It was a big weekend in the universe of Batman. We don’t have one, not two, but three new trailers. It’s a great time to be a fan of Batman.
Robert Pattinson’s first teaser for the upcoming The Batman film has dropped. It’s dark, sticky and buggy.
The Batman has his hands full between dealing with real villains, sidekicks, and Catwoman.
As the obscure Knight seems less heroic than the Nolan trilogy, the turn of the Pattinson goes by the tone of a trailer and the beatdown of the Bat in the final third of the teaser, together with a line that is sure to become iconic. The plot is guided by many big villagers of the Bat Universe, including Riddler, Penguin, and the enigmatic Court of Owls. As usual, Batman is taunted by Riddler with a number of violent crimes in an evolving enigma. The Bat hardware looks smarter and is also removed from Nolan films. And if anyone gets mistaken, Pattinson ‘s movie is not a sequel to the films that ended up with The Dark Knight Rises in 2012, and it’s not a true boot. The Batman follows the 2011 reboot of the comic.
Warner Bros. has also chosen to drop a video for his upcoming new Arkham series, Gotham Knights, this weekend.

Gotham Knights seems like a direct sequel to Arkham Knight, the fourth finale of the series. A scarred Bruce Wayne lost the Batcave in the teaser and received a sobering message: he is gone. Robin, Nightwing, Batgirl, and Red Hood will now be their responsibility to protect Gotham City.
The trailer looks great, but I’m worried. WB Montreal is producing GK rather than Rocksteady. Rocksteady has made the awfully big Arkham Asylum Game (2009) that revived Batman as a franchise for video games. Awarded Arkham Asylum Game of the Year which he won for his writing, graphics and success in allowing players to be Batman as he battled Joker, beat down henchmen and use his detective skills and Bat tech to save Gotham. Rocksteady produced Arkham City (2011) and Arkham Knight (2015), both remarkable additions to the world of Batman. The games stand alone and build a coherent narrative.
On the other hand, WB Montreal created Arkham Origins (2013), widely regarded as the weakest in the Arkham game series. It’s a fair assessment, having played all of them. The Asylum of Arkham was mentally bursting. As Joker, Mark Hamill is smart. Batman games were previously held, but none of them were good until asylum changed all things. Arkham City brought to Batman the open world concept, with a wide and explorable city of Gotham being a swing or glide, and Arkham Knight introduced the Batmobile as a massive tank-like vehicle able to drive through destructive walls. Arkham Origins haven’t been awful. It wasn’t as good as the three others. To be honest, Batman is a prequel, weaker than in other games, and the plot doesn’t work or work, as the main story of Rocksteady does.
Gotham Knights is produced by WB Montreal. This is not to suggest that Rocksteady is sidelined. This produces the third Batman offering on the way, the Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. This weekend, too, his shocking trailer dropped.
Although Gotham Knights seem to offer four playable heroes with their own fight theme, Suicide Squad seems to offer four playable villagers, Harley Quinn included. Your greatest adversary is nothing but Superman.
The match should showcase Harley Quinn, Deadshot, King Shark and Captain Boomerang ‘s smaller roster. The teaser shows them in a town under siege by what the evil supercomputer Brainiac appears to be. But things turn quickly when Superman holds a pilot in one hand — who he immediately fry in his vision of heat. Within this article, the alpha target of Task Force X is none other than the Big Blue.
You’ll need a larger team.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League also seems to be a further development of the Rocksteady series. The Batman and Gotham Knights are both due in 2021. This is due in 2022.
Then, I’m going to put on my Nightwing shirt if you’ll excuse me.
