On Monday, Jr. Jerry Falwell, President of Liberty University and Chancellor, resigned hours after the news of another controversy. According to Reuters, when Falwell was listening, Falwell’s wife met with one of the business associates of the university President.
“Thrree people associated with the Trustees and Administration Board of [Liberty University] tell me that Jerry Falwell’s Jr just resigned,” tweeted Monday afternoon Jonathan Merritt, contributing editor of The Week.

Freedom officials turned on Falwell last year, drawing under his leadership a portrait of corruption. Falwell just shared with a young lady a photo of himself — all trousers were untipped.
This was hours after Reuters reported a superb report on Falwell’s personal life that resigned.
“Giancarlo Granda claims he was twenty when he met Jerry and Becki Falwell while at the Fontainebleau Beach hotel in March 2012, working as a pool attendant. Since the month onwards to 2018 Granda told Reuters the he had sex with Becki Falwell as Jerry Falwell looked on,” said Reuters’ Aram Roston. ‘Granda sent Reuters emails , text messages and other evidence that he claims he reveals the romantic nature of his married couple from 1987.’
“Becki and I were close, and Jerry enjoyed watching from the corner of the house,” Granda said to Reuters. He often described the connections—”multiple times a year. “He said that he stayed in hotels in Miami and New York and the home of Falwell in Virginia, with Falwell ‘s aunt.
Falwell appeared to support the situation in an interview on Monday with The Washington Examiner.
It is estimated that Falwell has a net worth of $100 million.

Falwell opposed his resignation from Liberty University research.
“I didn’t quit,” Politico said. When asked how his resigning news coverage had come out, he said, “I don’t know.”
