Solve Skin Sagging – Tips On How To Get Firmer Skin

Our skin cannot remain firm and elastic forever. In fact, it can easily turn saggy because of excessive weight loss, rapid loss of collagen and the daily effects of environmental aging elements.

If you want to solve skin sagging, you should try the following tips:

1. Prevent skin dryness right away.

If you see the first signs of skin dryness, immediately whip out your moisturizer and apply some on your dermis. The skin gets damaged easily because of the loss of moisture. Supplying moisture to the dermis can also help bring back the elastic functions of your integumentary system.

Look for an anti aging moisturizer made up of CynergyTK, Phytessence Wakame and Nano Lipobelle HEQ10. CynergyTK is an ingredient that has been extracted from the wool of sheep. It is one of the best sources of keratin. Keratin is a functional protein responsible for the production of collagen. Phytessence Wakame is a sea kelp that can help preserve healthy levels of hyaluronic acid. This acid is needed to lubricate collagen. When collagen fibers are properly lubricated, they do not get damaged easily. Nano Lipobelle HEQ10 is also vital because of its ability to prevent cellular damage. This antioxidant works deeper into the skin to fight harmful free ranging radicals.

2. Try massaging your skin upward.

Since the skin tissues are already fragile, you wouldn’t want to inadvertently damage them by tugging them aggressively. Use your lightest fingers when applying your moisturizer. Apply the product using an upward motion to lift the saggy areas of your dermis.

3. Try facial yoga.

Yoga is an anti aging treatment. It actually helps tone the dermis to make it less susceptible to wrinkles. In addition to that, it helps release the tension in muscles. You can also use yoga to tone your facial skin if it is starting to look saggy.

Try a few facial yoga exercises that can target the saggy areas around your eyes, cheeks and jaw.

4. Increase your intake of foods rich in amino acids.

Amino acids are the building blocks of keratin and other complex proteins. They are needed to produce more collagen in the body. One of the reasons why the amount of collagen in your body declines is because of the insufficient intake of foods rich in amino acids.

That being said, you have to make a few changes in your diet. Make sure that you eat lean meat, dairy products, vegetables and nuts daily.

Natural Face Pack for All Skin Types – Dry, Normal, Oily

Beautiful skin is desired by all, but only a few are blessed with it naturally. If your skin looks lifeless & dull because of lack of skin care, do not worry. These home remedies will be highly useful in making your skin smooth and spotless.

The great news is that these face masks would not cause any allergies or reaction since they have natural ingredients. For visible results, it’s necessary that you use these masks at least two or three times in a week.

Face Pack for all skin types

To make this highly effective face pack, you require aloe vera gel. Whether you use the fresh one or the bottled one, it totally depends on your convenience. Simply take 2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel and add five drops of rosewater to it. Mix them well and apply it for 15 minutes, or leave it overnight. The natural ingredients used in this face pack would do their magic and give you a smooth, spotless skin in few days.

For Normal Skin

If you have normal skin, which is neither too oily nor too dry, this face pack is perfect for you. Take a banana and mash it using a fork and add a spoonful of honey. Apply the mask on your face & neck and leave for fifteen to twenty minutes. A banana would make your skin soft and honey would stop the acne problems and breakouts.

For Dry Skin

If you want your skin to be really smooth, a chick pea mask is the key to it. Take half teaspoon of this flour and add four drops of lemon. Mix them together and make a smooth, consistent paste. Now simply apply it on your skin and leave it for ten to fifteen minutes. This pack would give a nice glow to your skin and rejuvenate it by removing dead skin cells.

For Oily Skin

Yogurt has amazing qualities and this makes it the perfect ingredient for any face mask. It hydrates your skin and leaves a glow which lasts for days to come. For this skin remedy, take 1 spoon full of yogurt and add a pinch of turmeric to it. Turmeric has antibacterial properties which would keep your skin from breaking out. Apply it to the face and gently scrub it so that the dead cells are removed. Leave it for fifteen minutes but do not let it dry completely. Wash away with lukewarm water and you will have the smoothest skin ever.

Tips for Proven, Visible Results:

– Always clean your face with lukewarm water before applying any face pack. This removes the oil & dirt and helps the mask to work properly on your skin.

– Do not let the face pack dry as this causes wrinkles on the skin. When the face pack is about to dry, simply wash it or use a soft, wet cloth to remove it.

– If your skin feels irritated wash the pack immediately and apply a moisturizer or aloe vera gel to soothe it.

– Always ensure that you are not allergic to any ingredient before you apply it on your skin.

– You can add honey to any face pack as it would stop the acne problems and also save you from skin allergies and irritation.

Now you have the secret which would make your skin healthy and full of life. These masks will add a lasting glow to your skin and keep it hydrated.

3 Ways to Prevent Minoxidil From Dripping Onto Your Face or Neck

Many complain about the liquid Minoxidil running down into their face when they apply it; however, with good technique, this shouldn’t be a problem. Try out these various methods and see which one is best for you.

Technique #1: Drip and Dab
When using the liquid, apply tiny drops of liquid to the scalp area with one hand and rub them in as you go with the other. It is easiest to begin in areas where there is still some hair present, as the hair will help to stop the Minoxidil from running everywhere. Make sure to cover the entire area with Minoxidil. Only after you have covered the areas nearest the hair, use the remaining liquid on areas that are completely bald. Spread the Minoxidil over the scalp evenly with the hand you aren’t holding the applicator with or else the Minoxidil will drip down into your face or other areas of inconvenience. When finished, wash your hands immediately and gently wipe away any Minoxidil that may be in excess on the forehead.

Technique #2: Run and Rub
For this technique, define the two points in your bald patch which are the furthest from each other. For example, if I am medicating my crown, I am going to start at the point closest to the top and center of my head. At this point, place the Minoxidil dripper. With your index finger, make a barrier at the bottom part of your balding area. Now, Tilt your head forward or however you need so that the Minoxidil is stationary on your head at first, and when you are ready, tilt your head to let the Minoxidil run down your scalp over the bald or thinning area. When the liquid runs down, catch it with your index finger. You only want to let a little bit of Minoxidil run down at a time, so release just enough so that your finger can catch it without it running everywhere. Once you rub it in, you can continue to do this for the rest of the balding area and anywhere else on your scalp that you wish to medicate.

Technique #3: The Headband
This technique is executed just as it sounds. You wear either a headband or bandanna as you apply the Minoxidil to create a barrier that the Minoxidil cannot pass. This way, you can hold the applicator with one hand and rub the liquid in with the other without worrying about Minoxidil running absolutely everywhere. This is probably the hardest way to do it but also the most efficient. You’ll also probably want to wash the headband often to get rid of the Minoxidil it soaks up.

Treating Acne With Super Honey

Anyone that has read any of my articles before or who has visited my site will know I continually praise the healing power of honey. I also regularly recommend one particular essential oil – Tea tree. So how about if you could naturally combine the qualities of these two natural ingredients. The result would be natures super healer.

Combining tea-tree with its anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-viral properties with honey, natures soothing nectar with properties that promote healing is a powerful combination. And guess what nature provides it for us in the form of Manuka Honey. Manuka honey is produced in New Zealand where beekeepers set up their hives in the uncultivated areas where the Manuka bush grows. The Manuka is only indigenous to New-Zealand and is helped by the governments stringent pollution controls and restrictions on the importing of plant-life.

Products containing Manuka honey is being recommended by skincare experts worldwide because of its powerful skin conditioning properties. It is also being used medicinally to treat infections, ulceration and scarring.

For the treatment of acne you need to seek out pure active manuka honey or products that contain manuka honey as a primary ingredient.

It is not fully understood why the honey produced by bees feeding on the manuka bush is such a powerful healer. it is still attracting the attention of many scientists and medical researchers. Researchers at the University of Waikato in New Zealand have labeled it the “unique manuka factor”. It is enough just to know it will have very powerful affects on your acne. I guess its that combination of honey and manuka, often called tea tree.

Unfortunately, though probably not surprisingly, it is more expensive than honeys that will be found locally or in supermarkets. And it should not be forgotten that all natural honey is a terrific treatment for acne. But if your acne is severe and is not responding well to other natural treatments you may wish to consider this super honey.

Manuka honey can be used both by consuming it, where the honey will work from within. It can also be used topically on your skin where you will probably see results very quickly. Possibly as quickly as overnight and certainly within 2-3 days. If you need any more proof of the healing power of manuka honey just consider the range of conditions it has been used to treat successfully; infected wounds, ring worm, athletes foot, to promote healing after surgery, stomach ulcers it will even relieve the symptoms of colds and flu.

To treat acne either seek out a specialist product containing active manuka honey or use the pure honey as a face wash each night. After gently cleansing the face rinse and pat dry. Smooth a small quantity of manuka honey over the affected areas or over the entire face if preferred. Leave for about ten minutes then rinse off with warm water and pat dry. The honey will kill the excess bacteria on your skin and will also draw the impurities from your skin.

It will also work directly on the spots or pimples, drawing the moisture out and drying the area. Again the bacteria within the spot will be killed leaving the area of skin clean and fresh. The honey will then promote healing of the skin by encouraging the growth of new skin cells, reduce the inflammation and leave you with a clear, spot free face. Of course the honey could equally be used to treat acne on the back or other parts of the body. A further advantage is that it will not dry your skin out. Indeed it has been successfully used to treat eczema.

So, if your acne is failing to respond well to other natural treatments give super honey a go…

Why Dental Implants Are the Best Option to Replace Missing Teeth

There are many reasons that make dental implants the best available treatment to replace missing teeth. Implants bring a whole host of benefits not available with other treatments. The best part, they are the most durable solution and in most case, implants can last a lifetime. Dental experts recommend implants and label then the ‘next best thing after the natural teeth’. Implants restore facial aesthetics and bring a smile makeover to bring back the lost charm, and self-esteem also, for people. Quality of life goes considerably up for patients when implants are preferred over other available options for missing teeth.

Dental implants are perfect to those who have lost their natural teeth and face difficulty in eating or speaking. They are also a good option for those who have gone through the troubles and inconveniences that dentures sometimes cause. It’s clear that implants pip other dental prosthetics by a big margin, not surely not on the cost front. They are surely not cheap but well within the realm of affordability, especially when one or two teeth are missing. Dentures and bridges are indeed a cheaper option, but their benefits are not even a fraction of what implants deliver to patients.

The list of benefits with dental implants is long as many facets are impacted in a positive way when dental implant treatment is availed. Take for instance, they help patients get a beautiful smile and enhance their personality. They impart charming appearance and fill people with confidence. Durability is something where implants are second to none as with proper care and safety, they can be made to last for a lifetime, which is a great feat in itself. In no way implants are risky to the adjacent teeth or dental structure as they require a minimum level of tooth preparation.

In addition, since dental implants are fitted within the job bone, they are bound to look and feel like natural teeth. From comfort to convenience to appearance, they come closest to the natural teeth and this is the major reason of their widespread popularity. Implants are in no way a barrier to oral hygiene and maintaining them is as effortlessly easy as those natural teeth. They are easy to clean, simple to brush and hassle-free to floss – all in the same way as we often do with natural teeth. Moreover, they pose no problem with the food type chosen and eaten.

In a way, missing teeth is no longer a big problem and all the credit goes to implants. They have brought a revolution in the market and more than anything, they have made people live a life of life. Nobody will have to live with jeers and ridicule as dental implants are there to restore their pride and self-esteem. So, first of all, go and visit a popular cosmetic dentist in your town and understand all those procedures involved with implants. You should consult only a top dentist for the job as only skilled experienced and qualified hand will do implants in desired manner.

Basic Nail Art Tools for DIY Beginners

So you want to try your hand at DIY nail art but where do you start? The first thing you need to do is get your hands on some basic nail art tools. This is a list of my 5 essential DIY nail art tools.

1) Nail polish

The essentials are: a base coat (to prevent nail discolouration and allow your nail polish to glide on smoothly), nail polish, and a top coat (to ensure your manicure lasts for more than a day). I like to use a quick drying top coat cos that saves oodles of time and is so convenient to use, but it’s also good to have a normal top coat or clear polish in hand for certain more complex nail designs.

After trying loads of different brands, I’ve found that it’s so important to invest in good quality nail polish. These are more expensive but they’re worth it cos they last longer, dry faster and don’t get lumpy. I’ve had such bad experiences with cheap nail polish that now I’m just sticking to brands that I’ve used before (and like) and reputable brands. Orly, OPI, China Glaze, Sally Hansen and Essie are some of the good ones. It’s also a good idea to test out polish from a brand you’ve not tried before buying it.

2) Nail dotters

Nail dotters help create dot and circle patterns. I use these all the time to create simple polka dot designs. They come in a variety of sizes. Starting out, it’ll be good to get your hands on one that has a medium sized round nib on one end and a small one on the other so you can choose the size of the dots you want to create.

HOW TO USE: Find a plastic sheet and drop a few blobs of nail polish onto it. I like to use name cards that are hard and feel a bit plasticky for this cos they’re small and disposable. Dip the round nib of your dotter into the polish. Try doing a few dots on the sheet/name card till you get the right size and consistency that you want. Do the same onto the surface of your nail. Be careful not to use too much pressure, that may cause the dots to look deformed. Remember to clean them after use and dry thoroughly. These tools are made of metal and susceptible to rusting.

MAKE YOUR OWN: It’s also easy to create your own nail dotter using stuff you have lying around your home. Bobby pins are a cheap and convenient alternative. Just bend them out straight, and use the round tips at the end like normal dotters. Because all you need is a round end, you can use anything that resembles a dotter, like the back of an eyeliner pencil cap, for example.

3) Nail stripers

These, to me, are an absolute essential. They are nail polishes that come with a long, thin brush rather than the usual flat and broad ones. I use them for painting lines and adding random flicks of colour. They are so easy to use and very versatile. I recommend getting two colours, white and black, when you first start. Brands like LA Colors have a wide range of colours and come pretty cheap, so have fun with it!

If you don’t want to have to buy a new polish every time you want to try another colour, you could alternatively get a nail striper brush. However, not all brushes are good for nail polish. I’ve tried nail polish on a few and they completely ruined the hairs on the brush. Use water-based nail paint if you must. This makes it much easier to clean the brushes. If you’ve used nail polish, use acetone, some soap water and a paper towel to clean your brush.

4) Stationery tape

Ever wondered how DIY nail artists create super neat and straight lines and stripes? Using tape you can create many different geometric and striped designs.

Stationery tape is one of the best tools EVER for nail art. Any sort of normal scotch tape is fine, but you can experiment and see which give you the best results. They’re great for creating neat lines and geometric shapes. Just cut the tape into the desired strip/shape, paste it onto your nail and paint over. Easy as that!

  • Always make sure that your base nail polish is thoroughly dry though. Use a quick-drying top coat like Seche Vite if you don’t want to wait.
  • Cut the tape before you start painting your nails so you avoid smudging when you try to cut it with wet nails.
  • Paste the tape somewhere where it’ll be easily removable so that you don’t get them stuck when you want to paste them on your nails.
  • Use tweezers to remove the tape to prevent accidentally messing up your nails.
  • If you mess up, you don’t have to start from scratch again. Use a nail art brush and touch up where necessary. This usually does the trick.

5) Nail art brushes

If you’re really serious about doing nail art, you might want to consider investing in a good set of nail art brushes. The main types of brushes for nail art are fan-shaped brushes, flat brushes, flat angled brushes, thin brushes (for detail) and long stripers. These brushes can be purchased conveniently (and rather affordably) in a set. The Bundle Monster New Pro 20pc Nail Art Design Brushes from Amazon is a pretty good bargain and comes with a dotter.

MAKE YOUR OWN: You don’t need to use nail art brushes for nail art, you could even use your usual paintbrush. Just trim it to the shape you desire and use it like a nail art brush! It’s convenient and not to mention cheaper to start with a paintbrush.

The Main Components of A Spa

Purchasing a spa or hot tub is a matter of personal, just like choosing an automobile or mobile phone. Yet, all spas still have a few things in common, and by knowing these, it will become much easier to choose a spa from a show room.

Spa, essentially composed of a shell that holds water, a cabinet that surrounds the shell, some jets that provide hydrotherapy, a circulating system to filter the water, and some controls include temperature control.

Here is the breakdown of the crucial component of a spa:

The Shell

The vessel that holds the spa water inside is the shell. Although some traditional spa is made of wood, most of today’s prefabricated spas are made from acrylic, thermoplastic, fiberglass, tile, etc.

Custom concrete spas are also popular and can be installed alone or in combination with swimming pool. So far, the most popular material for pre-fabricated spas is acrylic which comes in an array of colors to choose from.

The Jets

The jets of a spa is used for hydrotherapy purposes. It is as important as shell. Spa without hydrotherapy is merely a hot water tub. Jets come in many styles and new ones keep being introduced every year. Some popular jet types include neck jets, foot jets, stationary jets, cluster jets, directional jets, handheld jets and whirlpool jets.

The Pump

Pump is the main heart of a spa. The pump is the one that pump the water for circulation and also for creating the jets effect. Many people make mistakes by assuming bigger pump will be better. However, a pump that is oversized will only waste energy and create harm to the spa plumbing system.

The Heater

Spa heater function to heat up the water inside the spa until it reach the desired temperature and then maintain it at that particular temperature. Spa heater is a vulnerable component, due to the contact of the spa heating element with the spa water which can be corrosive. One most efficient way to prevent this is to maintain the spa water properly balanced.

Some other types of heater don’t allow the water to physically contact with the heating element by wrapping around the heating element with stainless-steel tube. But this type of heater waste more energy as only 60% of heat generated is transferred to the water.

The spa filter function to screens the fine particles and debris out of the spa water. Prefabricated spas typically use cartridge filter to screen the particles out of the water. Not all the cartridge filter are created equal. Some contain more filtering material than others. This cartridge filter need to be cleaned every few months or whenever the flow of the water is interrupted.

Causes and Complications of Chronic Pain – Adult Health and Wellness

Often called ‘the fifth vital sign,’ pain is as important as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure as a key indicator of a patient’s medical status. The longer we live, the more likely it is that we will eventually experience some type of injury or disease that results in temporary or even chronic pain. Surgeries become more frequent, both elective and those deemed vital to our survival and well-being. Injury and surgery leads to scar tissue that may cause lingering pain, mar our outer appearance, and diminish certain movement capabilities. Many of us also take a variety of pharmaceuticals and/or recreational drugs to delay some disease process or to alleviate symptoms of chronic physical or emotional pain. These drugs, even properly prescribed prescription drugs, may sometimes exacerbate the problems and even create new unexpected painful side effects.

Sometimes, continuing to take pain medication actually perpetuates the pain when the medication is stopped or increased doses may be required to maintain the same effect. With body therapy, on the other hand, over a period of time, fewer and fewer treatments may be required because the body cells remember the sensations of neuromuscular letting go and previously over stimulated nerve receptor cells begin to quiet down.

Causes of Pain

A popular belief, even among medical professionals, is that the most common cause for pain is a pinched nerve. According to this belief, there are three types of pain:

*Nocioception – immediate, protective pain

*Inflammatory – local cellular damage

*Neuropathic – one or more nerves are affected, delayed in onset, becomes chronic pain, requires physical input to heal the injury…and is radiculopathic (nerve root impingement causing weakness, numbness, and difficulty controlling certain muscles)

Chronic pain is believed to be caused by shortened (contracted) muscles resulting from neuropathy and radiculopathy. This theory is based upon Cannon’s 1949 Law of Dennervation Supersensitivity which states: “Any measure (such as a nerve impingement caused by radiculopathy) which blocks the flow of motor impulses and deprives an organ or tissue of excitatory input (motor impulses) for a period of time, will cause abnormal functioning (called ‘disuse sensitivity’) in the receptor organ or tissue.

Recent research, using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI’s), has demonstrated that no matter how much a normal functioning spine is compressed or twisted, there is ample room in the space between the vertebrae for free movement of the nerve. Researchers are now suggesting that much of the pain may be caused by sensory receptor overload from postural imbalances. Through a process called “sensitization,” a pattern may be set up in the body in which hyperexcited receptors feeding the central nervous system cause the brain to send signals to twist and torque the body to avoid pain.

The pain generating stimulus must be interrupted until the memory in the nerve cells has been forgotten. For many chronic pain cases, deep tissue therapy a few times every week can help these hyperexcited receptors feeding the central nervous system to quiet down and the sensation of pain to dissipate and even disappear.

Deconditioning Complications of Chronic Pain

Any part of the body that has severe and chronic pain will discontinue normal, symmetric, coordinated movement, and the person with pain will simply self-splint, immobilize, and decondition the area. Muscles, nerves and joints weaken and deteriorate leading to muscle atrophy, neuropathy, contracture, decreased movement, and gradual weight gain. To compensate for a weak, painful area, joints, nerves and muscles in other parts of the body will work overtime, leading to “overload and overuse syndrome.

Hormonal Complications of Chronic Pain

Chronic pain is a potent stressor that may affect every endocrine system in the body. Initially, the pain causes an excess of stress hormones (catecholamines and glucocorticoids) to help the body control pain and prevent damage. However, this excess may trigger hypertension and tachycardia, sometimes leading to cardiovascular death.

If severe pain continues and is not controlled, adrenal exhaustion and decreased stress hormone levels may result. The fluctuation between excess and deficient glucocorticoids, often called Cushing and Addison syndromes respectively, can lead to many severe symptoms, including: mental deficiencies, muscle weakness, edema, osteoporosis, diabetes, forming stones, tooth decay, and even testosterone deficiency. A further effect of pain and lowered levels of important hormones is a compromised immune system, lowered resistance to infections and slower healing of wounds when injured.

Neuropathic Complications of Chronic Pain

Persistent pain causes excess electrical activity in peripheral nerves, spinal cord and brain. This ‘hot wire’ effect appears to cause nerve tissue damage in the spine as well as the brain, which can lead to dementail and other organic brain problems.

Cardiovascular Effects of Chronic Pain

Pain increases blood pressure. This is not such a problem for a person with a normally low to average blood pressure. But for a person suffering from hypertension and high blood pressure, the increased blood pressure resulting from the body’s pain response can lead to a more serious heart problem such as a stroke or aneurysm.

Pain, especially as we age, should not be taken lightly. There are all sorts of medications available to decrease the level of pain. And when needed, pain medication can literally save lives. But for chronic pain, there are so many diet, exercise and body therapy prescriptions that can not only be life saving but can transform the quality of a person’s life.

Hope For Those Who Suffer From Ugly Toenails!

If you consider yourself in this category, you are not alone. Most people, if they were being honest, would have to tell you that there hasn’t been much hope of having cosmetically pleasing nails, once you’ve suffered from a toenail fungus infection or injury to the toenail. Up to now, most treatments have taken months and up to years to show any results, and often come with the warning that results may not last. For those with hopelessly misshapen toenails, the thought of wearing open toed sandals is just not an option.

Well, I say up to now, because this is no longer the case. In the last year or so, products have come out that can change forever, the look of your toenails. The first product is marketed to podiatrists as KeryFlex Toenail Restoration. This product is a time released, anti-fungal, light cured, flexible resin that looks and feels like your natural nail. It comes in different shades that can camouflage even the most unsightly nails. If you are suffering from a toenail infection, I recommend being treated by your podiatrist with either an oral medication such as Lamisil, or with the new laser treatment called Pinpoint Laser. Even if you’ve tried one of these before, try it again. This time, pair this treatment with a toenail restoration via KeryFlex. The doctor will “debride” (grind down) the nail a bit, and then apply the KeryFlex, rebuilding the nail back to its original size and shape. Since most doctors are really not nail techs, you may have to do a little work at home to get the exact shape that you desire. If it doesn’t look right, go back and get him to redo it until you get the cosmetically desired results that you are looking for. Once done, with a little polish, you will be back in your sandals and looking beautiful! Now, this is the best part: because the KeryFlex is a time-released anti-fungal product, it is actually good for your nails! You don’t have to worry about damaging your nails with polish because your actual nail is being protected by a very natural feeling, anti-fungal, non-porous material, that I believe will make it less likely to become reinfected. You see, most people who suffer from toenail infections, do so because of a genetic predisposition to getting these infections. Those who suffer from soft, porous nails, or those you have suffered injuries to the toenail, are at risk of getting and harboring these kinds of infections. With KeryFlex, your nail is protected and with the time-released anti-fungal ingredient Piroctone Olimine, it is less likely to become reinfected. There don’t appear to be ANY negative side affects of this treatment and plenty of positive results. For the first time, sufferers of ugly toenails have a product that offers a lasting solution.

Now, once having obtained your KeryFlex nail restoration, you will want to connect with a local spa to begin maintaining your new look. But you won’t want to go to just ANY spa or nail technician. You will need to find someone who is using a product made by LCN-USA called “Barefoot.” This product is produced by the same European manufacturer that produces KeryFlex, only it is marketed to professional nail technicians. I cannot stress to you enough, that you must find someone who uses this product. It is the only one I know of that is recommended and safe for your toes. Your professional nail technician can continue to maintain your nails by retouching them as your natural nail grows. Yes, with this product you natural nail will continue to grow, unimpeded, and may even grow out more normal looking. You can also request a French Pedicure using the light cured gels that are so popular now. Once this is done, your look is professional and lasts for a month or more without the need of a retouch. You’re simply going to love the results you get from these two products.

Brahma Satya – Marking a New Beginning through Original Concepts

Brahma Satya evolved on August 7th, 1997 at around 03:30 AM at Durg, Chhattisgarh in India, through deep trance like meditative states, as a result of the descent of the Shiva-Shakti energy that got channeled through my body revealing itself to me, and with it the deep insights of existence and primal energies.

From the middle of July 1997, my schedules had become extremely tight and uncontrollable situations developed where, on the one hand I had to put up with a lot of additional work and responsibility and on the other hand, it was just that I was all alone in deep pain in this world. This was a period when for some reason or the other, sleep and rest evaded me. I had this experience of realization on the night of the 6th of August 1997, which was no different than any of the other previous nights. As usual, I was finding myself physically, emotionally and even mentally exhausted, and just kept tossing and turning, trying to sleep somehow. My throat seemed to have dried out and frequently I had to keep getting up to drink water. I was sweating unusually in this period. I do not know how long did all this continue. Finally, it was as if I did not have any strength left in me to even attempt sleep. All that I was doing was just lying down on the bed in a wakeful, blank state completely oblivious of the surroundings and of myself. Suddenly a voice seemed to have told me: “Now it is 3:30 a.m., the Brahma Muhurtam begins now.”

Immediately, I experienced a surge of tremendous heat build-up within me and could feel a very strong energy current flow throughout my body, within and around. My entire body was sort of trembling under the influence of these intense vibrations. I could feel the tremors affecting the bed also for it seemed to be shaking. I was sweating profusely as never before and could feel even the mattress to have been drenched with sweat all throughout. Shortly, in the darkness, there was a terrific sparkle from within me and around me. A shining golden light was all around me, spreading and widening. The sparkling continued and it was most wonderful in this golden light. This golden light had engulfed me completely and slowly this merged within me. Yet again, I experienced a further surge of heat build-up and the body trembling was enhanced. A sparkling, shining bright white globe of light appeared and descended within my head and engulfed my body simultaneously. After a while, all of this settled down, and I was at that time experiencing bliss, again oblivious of the surroundings.

I then heard a voice, which told me to put this experience on record and that this was a fresh beginning and more experiences were to be followed in due course. The voice further said: “Aham Satyasmi, Aham Shabdasmi, Aham Brahmasmi,” which means, “I am the truth, I am the word, I am the universe.” It again repeated: “Record this experience. You may not remember it at its end. Whenever you now begin to record, the words will flow out truthfully.” The voice further said – “The lotus and amrit create righteousness and light, the light when reaches out to the nakshatras, the Shiva-Shakti surfaces, spreads and affects the entire earth.” The voice then went on to explain revolutionary concepts of the universe, and explained the various aspects of healing in a manner unheard of before. Before parting, the voice said, “For the time being focus upon practicing the concepts told to you. In due course of time, you will be directed accordingly.”

After this may be I had gone into a trance. I woke up around 6:30 a.m. on the morning of the 7th of August 1997 in disbelief of what had happened earlier. But then, the mattress was still completely drenched and wet. I did not understand what had happened, but just recorded the event as I was directed to do. In my healing practice, I noticed a drastic change on the 7th of August itself. The change was so phenomenal that I was convinced that something unique had happened with me. I knew not what, but could trust the words of the voice that had declared that it was a fresh beginning.

I had another experience similar to the one I had earlier on the 7th of August on the 11th of September 1997. This time to add up upon the earlier experiences was, that I was experiencing a formation and flow of bubbles within my whole body. Simultaneously, I was hearing the sounds of many big bells ringing vigorously, creating cosmic nadas. The experience involved ecstatic feelings of immense pleasure and tremendous pain simultaneously. The complete spine was shaken up in this experience. It was in this experience that the voice declared for the first time – “This from now would be the Brahma Satya”, and then it went on to describe and explain further details.

2. Look for testimonials- what others have to say can tell you a lot about the salon.

3. Look to see if the salon has won any awards or credible write ups in newspapers and magazines. This is usually an indication that the salon is committed to high standards.

4. If the salon values education for their employees. A good salon will usually send its staff to regular training workshops and the best salons have their own unique in house training program. These salons usually have much higher standards than what is required from state or provincial boards.
