Tom Girardi’s Ex Employee Slams Erika Jayne for Ignoring Victims as RHOBH Star Disses Attorney and He Responds

Tom Girardi

Erika Jayne was slammed by former Girardi Keese employee Kimberly Archie on Twitter after accusing her fans and followers of making her a “villain.”

While admitting she “finally” agrees with attorney Ronald Richards on Instagram and stepping out looking “downcast” in Los Angeles, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star complained that nothing she says is “good enough” and was promptly called out for failing to care about the victims of estranged husband Thomas Girardi‘s crimes against his former clients.

“You only have yourself to blame for being a villain,” Kimberly wrote in response to Erika’s complaint. “You have a huge platform [and] opportunity to care about the victims. You choose to ignore us. Just like you won’t have the balls to reply to me. Keep trolling the trolls, [and] I’ll keep helping the other victims you benefited from.”

While Erika didn’t respond to Kimberly, as Kimberly anticipated, the RHOBH cast member did offer a reply to Ronald after he posted a message on Instagram that accused Girardi Keese employees of failing to take responsibility and protect the clients Thomas was representing.

“What does everyone attorney who worked at Girardi Keese as either an Associate, quasi Partner, or Manager have in common? Answer: Not one of them has taken responsibility for the clients they were obligated to protect and serve or gifted back any of their bonuses or salaries,” he wrote on Instagram.

“Finally a post I agree with. Only took you a year of looking in the wrong direction … you really are slow,” Erika replied, along with a shady diss at Ronald’s job as the attorney of the trustee presiding over Thomas’ bankruptcy.

After coming across Erika’s response to his claim about the Girardi Keese employees, Ronald shared a second message on Twitter.

“Taking aside the not nice dig from [Erika Jayne] on the [Instagram page], we are looking at all directions but the big [money] went to one person. We have only been retained since June of 2021 so it hasn’t been a year. We have asked for any 411 to aid in the below review,” he tweeted, along with a screenshot of the post he shared on Instagram.

Meanwhile, in photos shared by the Daily Mail, Erika was seen appearing to be quite downcast as she ran errands in her dust-covered Range Rover in L.A. on Tuesday.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 11 reunion begins airing Wednesday, October 13, at 8/7c on Bravo.

Khloé Kardashian Konfirms Kylie Jenner & Travis Scott Are ‘Very Much A Couple’ Despite Leaked W Mag Story Stating The Opposite

Khloé Kardashian Konfirms Kylie Jenner & Travis Scott Are ‘Very Much A Couple’ Despite Leaked W Mag Story Stating The Opposite

For some reason, the Kardashian/Jenner family really wants you to know that Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are very much a couple.

Over the weekend, a new cover the couple shot for W Mag–presumably in early November–leaked online, showing the rapper, a pregnant Kylie, and their 3-year-old, Stormi Webster posing together. Though the publication scrapped the cover following Scott’s Astroworld festival, which left 10 attendees dead and hundreds injured, some copies still ended up being sent to subscribers, causing some contents to appear online.

The mag describes Kylie and Travis’ unconventional relationship, claiming the pair still isn’t a couple despite expecting another child together–but now, Jenner’s sister is confirming the opposite.

Relationship expert Khloé Kardashian took to the comments of a Tiktok video about the W Mag story, writing, “Wow i don’t know why this magazine would write this but they are very much a couple.”

After that, TMZ confirmed the same, reporting, “KJ and TS are 100% together at the moment — meaning they’re romantically involved and, presumably, exclusive too. Not just that, but we’re told they were a full-blown couple when this whole profile was coming together for W Mag.”

While Jenner and Scott have never confirmed their relationship again after breaking up two years ago, it seems weird for a journalist interviewing and writing a profile on the couple to assume they’re not together without being told as such. Did they just pull that out of thin air, or were they told different information at the time?

“Travis and Kylie seemed very comfortable under the sheets, but even though they will soon have two children together — their daughter, Stormi, is 3 — they are not a couple, and haven’t been in two years. They’re the modern family!” the W Mag story reads.

‘Lost In Space’s Mina Sundwall Reveals Why She’s ‘Really Proud’ Of How Penny’s Story Ended

Mina Sundwall

‘Lost In Space’ wrapped up its 3-season run with a beautiful and touching finale. HL spoke EXCLUSIVELY with Mina Sundwall about Penny’s ending, possibly returning to the role down the road, and more.

Lost In Space’s third and final season ended with all of our favorite characters starting their next chapter. The final moments saw Penny writing a book about her family and the robots. She revealed that this is just the first chapter in her story. HollywoodLife got the chance to speak EXCLUSIVELY with Mina Sundwall about Penny’s fate.

“I, especially for Penny, was really proud of where her story ended,” Mina told HollywoodLife. “There were questions in season 1 and season 2 about what she could contribute and what her place in the family was. Something that I admired about her from the beginning was that she never put up a front, even if it would be easier to fit in. I think because of that, she was able to go on her own hero’s journey, so I’m pleased with where she ended up at the end of season 3.”

The ending of Lost In Space leaves it wide open for all of the characters. Mina has an idea of where she thinks Penny will do next. “I hope that she takes time when they arrive in Alpha Centauri and settles into writing,” Mina explained. “I think that she is the type of person that could be the voice for people who are often overlooked or not listened to and write stories that make a difference and matter. I would like to think that that’s where her journey goes.”

Mina admitted that the ending montage featuring Penny’s voiceover was “emotional to record. I thought it was beautiful. To be able to know where they ended up but not know everything about what happens is a special place to be in. I loved it.”

The series finale included a kiss between Penny and Vijay. Mina weighed in about the fate of that relationship. “It’s hard to say because their on-again, off-again, up and down, roller-coaster teenage relationship was partially due to the fact that they were going through this very, in many ways, traumatic journey together,” Mina said. “But also they were really the two teenagers. They’re really the only two. So there was not much choice. They got close because they were the two that understood each other the best because they were the closest in age. There was no one in their world really. I would hope that that maintains outside of the world. I think that they have gone through something together that is so specific to their age and the journey that they went on that I think that they’d be friends for a really long time. I don’t know about a romantic life for Penny, but at least friends.”

The Netflix series was a reboot of the CBS series that ran from 1965 to 1968. Since Hollywood is all about revivals, HollywoodLife asked Mina if she’d want to reprise the role of Penny down the road. “I don’t even know what I’m going to do tomorrow, so I have no idea,” she said. “I absolutely would think about it down the road, but I’d love to settle with these 3 seasons for a moment.”

For Mina, her journey on Lost In Space often mirrored her character. The tremendous impact of the show and Penny Robinson on Mina is not lost on the actress.

“It’s been the greater part of my life for the last 5 years,” Mina noted. “I started when I was 15 and I’m 20 now. I grew up with Penny. I grew up on this show in very formative years of my life. There are a lot of things that I drew from the character and from the show. She and I were always similar ages so some of the emotional twists and turns of teenage life we were going through at similar times. I was able to draw on her experience and her problem solving, and then my experience and mesh the two in this happy middle world as I was growing up. But then the experience of being on the show, of course, and being surrounded by so many talented, hard-working, caring, driven adults to look up to and learn from, I’m eternally grateful for because that’s taught me much about how I act, whether that’s on set or in life and what I value and how I can communicate. It’s been fantastic. I wouldn’t trade it for anything.”

‘RHOC’ Heather Dubrow Felt “Blindsided” by Party Drama

RHOC's Heather Dubrow Says She Was "Blindsided" by Party Drama, Teases Drama With Nicole, and Talks Being "Exonerated" in Shannon Drama

Heather Dubrow made a dramatic return to The Real Housewives of Orange County on Wednesday on the premiere episode of season 16.

After Gina Kirschenheiter was seen revealing what Shannon Beador had told her about newbie Nicole James‘ alleged past lawsuit against Heather’s husband, Botched surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow, Heather was seen telling everyone to leave her 22,000-square-foot home. But did she really kick them out?

“”I’ll have to let you watch and see what actually happens but that was my first instinct. It was a lot,” she told Access Hollywood on the December 3 episode of their Housewives Nightcap series. “I didn’t expect it to happen. Things go so off-the-rails that it’s like the party is completely hijacked in such a hideous way and I felt so completely blindsided and betrayed and pissed and upset.”

While Shannon was the source of the information, she didn’t bring it up on camera. Instead, she passed the information on to Gina, who then mentioned Nicole’s reported case against Heather’s husband. That said, there doesn’t appear to be any ill will between Heather and Gina. In fact, they seemed to get along fittingly during filming and Heather admitted to liking Gina right away.

“I had never met [Gina and Emily Simpson], ever, and then the night before I was supposed to film with Gina, I run into Emily, Gina, and Shannon at Javier’s. I said, ‘Hello,’ went to the bathroom, came back and Emily and Gina had left. They wanted to authentically meet me on-camera so the audience didn’t miss any of it, which I loved,” Heather recalled. “I thought, ‘I like those girls. That’s really cool and that’s very authentic. I really like that.’ So right from the start, I appreciated that.”

Although Heather and Gina appear to have remained on good terms throughout season 16, the same can’t be said for Heather and Shannon.

“I think we both came in with the absolute best of intentions and it went off the rails in a really not okay way and as you watch it, you’ll see how we handle it and how and if we move forward,” Heather explained. “I couldn’t even describe it but it’s going to be something people talk about. What do you do when friendships go off the rails like this, or if you have information about someone, what is appropriate?”

Heather also addressed the drama she faced with Shannon when they were first seen alongside one another on RHOC years ago. As fans will recall, Shannon accused Heather of talking about her past marriage to David Beador behind her back.

“There’s a lot more going on behind the scenes to that moment that I’ve never talked about. But I did talk about it this season. It’s time for me to be exonerated,” Heather stated.

Also during the interview, Heather shared her thoughts on the new cast members, including Noella Bergener and Dr. Jen Armstrong.

“I didn’t get to really know Jen and Noella right off the bat. Noella and I had lunch with Nicole and we had a nice time but it was lunch. She gave me a lot of information. That I knew. She likes to share — a lot. I didn’t really get to know Noella and Jen until later,” Heather said.

Heather then teased potentially upcoming drama with Nicole, who was rumored to have either quit or been demoted amid production.

“Nicole is a friend of mine and I’ve known her for years and you’re going to have to see how that whole situation plays out,” she added.
