29-year-old rap superstar Cardi B is BOLD and clearly confident in her defense. The rapper just pleaded not guilty to charges of reckless endangerment and assault after she was allegedly involved in a brawl at a Flushing strip club in 2018. Cardi had been offered the chance to plead guilty to third-degree assault in exchange for a conditional discharge according to a CBS news report…but she said “NAH!”

In case you forgot, both Cardi B and a former bartender named Jade are currently entangled in a criminal case over an alleged bottle tossing fight at the club. Back in 2018, Jade alleged that Cardi sent henchmen to the strip club where she work with her sister to put hands and liquor bottles on both of them following accusations that one of them cheated with Offset. In 2019, Cardi was indicted on two counts of felony attempted assault.

Jade recently accused Cardi of taunting her and her sister about the case online, after Cardi B allegedly liked and retweeted social media posts suggesting Jade is a “liar” and the younf woman slammed her in response.

Jade used her IG stories to address Cardi’s “liar” allegations.

“A LIE?? DONT PUT WORDS IN MY MOUTH ! Everybody knows the truth including your husband . LET’S NOT TAKE IT THERE. DONT RETWEET ANYTHING ABOUT ME OR A CASE THATS FAR FROM OVER !”

Cardi B is now pleading not guilty to the third-degree assault charges. Her next hearing is scheduled for Monday in Queens Criminal Court.

Are you shocked with how she pleaded?

Curly Cutie Gets Crowned! Reporter Bae Miss Kentucky Elle Smith Crowned Miss USA 2021

Smith took the crown on Monday night at the River Spirit Casino Resort in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was presented with the crown by Miss USA 2020 Asya Branch, and will be making her way straight to Israel to compete at the Miss Universe pageant on December 12.

The 23-year-old works full-time as a reporter and said being a journalist is “a role I take very seriously.” During the pageant’s question and answer round, she spoke about subjects including honesty and sustainability, revealing that her “most important core value” was honesty.

“We’ve got to look at it from a macro and also a micro level,” Smith said, encouraging businesses to be more environmentally conscious. “So at the macro level, companies need to switch to green energy — I think that’s something we can all agree on.”

She continued, “But then, at the micro level, we all know how to reduce, reuse, and recycle, and those are all things we can implement in our daily life.”

While winning Miss USA is usually a feat that follows years and years of dedication to pageants, Elle Smith actually competed in her very first pageant just six months ago.

She got her first taste of the Miss USA stage on Sunday night during the State Costume Contest. Smith dressed as a jockey to honor the Kentucky Derby, with the blue-and-white outfit also paying tribute to her alma mater, the University of Kentucky. Smith graduated from the university in May 2020 with a degree in broadcast journalism.

Now, she works as a full-time reporter at WHAS, an ABC affiliate in Louisville, Kentucky.

Congratulations, Elle!

It seems American artists haven’t learn a thing since rapper A$AP Rocky was locked up for acting out in a foreign country. It took a special request from then-President Donald Trump to secure his release.

American singer Ari Lennox cried “racism” when she was locked up for showing out in Amsterdam over the weekend.

The Grammy-nominated singer, who is Black, claims she was “racially profiled” at the Amsterdam airport and tweeted “Amsterdam security hate black people.”

According to published reports, the 30-year-old R&B star was arrested at Amsterdam’s Schiphol airport for disorderly conduct.

Like most entitled American stars who get into trouble when traveling abroad, Lennox played the victim on Twitter.

“I’m being arrested in Amsterdam for reacting to a woman racially profiling me… Fuck Amsterdam security. They hate black people… I just want to go home. I’ll never leave my house again.”

However, Amsterdam police told a different story. Police said Lennox was impolite to a female security officer and she was cuffed when she refused to calm down.

“Our unit found a woman full of emotions, that wouldn’t calm down. That’s why she had to be taken into custody… she was probably under the influence of the alcohol, and this was later confirmed… Our concern is to get everything on paper and ask her why she made those threats.”

A KLM spokesperson added:

“There was an altercation … about seeing her identification. The lady did not show the correct document. When the employee confronted her, she drew the wrong conclusions. Meanwhile, her management has apologized to us and she will make a statement later today.”

Lennox, real name Courtney Shanade Salter, grew up in Washington, D.C. and was inspired by singers like Mariah Carey and Ella Fitzgerald.
