Carole Radziwill on Why Eboni Williams Was ‘Wrong’ For RHONY

Carole Radziwill Talks Having "PTSD" From RHONY, Reacts to Exit Rumors, and Slams Production, Plus Says Eboni K. Williams Was "Miscast" For Show

Carole Radziwill exited her full-time role on The Real Housewives of New York City in 2018 at the end of season 10, and still, she’s coping with the trauma she endured during her time on the Bravo show.

While appearing on a podcast on Monday, Carole opened up about her PTSD before looking back on her exit from the series and sharing her thoughts on the future of the Bravo reality show. Later, she also addressed why Eboni K. Williams wasn’t a good fit for the series.

“I do have PTSD. I think everyone who leaves the show goes through at least a year or two of PTSD. That’s a real thing,” Carole shared on the November 29 episode of the Behind the Velvet Rope With David Yontef podcast. “Bravo should really pay for the therapy of the jettisoned Housewives.”

Carole also revealed that she didn’t understand why Bravo decided to include an insult Luann de Lesseps made against her in a season she wasn’t even on.

“Luann called me Carole Ratziwill. That line was given to her by a producer. I think a showrunner. It was given to her to say. She does not have a sense of humor,” she stated. “I produced six years of content for your show. And that’s what you’re gonna do? You’re gonna call me a b-tch and then give one of the characters a line making fun of my married name?”

“They were just manufacturing these storylines that just didn’t make sense,” Carole continued. “I just think some of the choices that this particular production company has made over the past several years, even since season five is just been questionable.”

Moving forward, Carole said she feels Bravo needs to replace their current production team.

“If they’re recasting the whole show, they should get rid of the production company. It’s a production company that’s based in Burbank. They really don’t have a good vibe about what New York is about,” she explained. “They’re getting away from what really made the show.”

As for the potential season 14 cast, Carole said the network should be aiming older rather than younger.

“I hear that they want to cast younger. It doesn’t work,” she declared. “Their best casting is an older woman who everyone is in love with and should be in love with, because she’s quintessential what a housewife is and that’s Kathy Hilton. She’s amazing on the show. She’s not younger. So then you take that… That’s what you extrapolate from that superstar casting? I really think we need to cast the younger ones when you cast younger ones and it hasn’t quite worked out well?”

Ahead of RHONY season 13, Bravo introduced the series’ first African American cast member in Eboni. And while Carole appreciated what Eboni brought to the show, she noted that the series was not the right vehicle for her.

“She’s very intelligent from what I saw and very willing to go to the mat on subjects that I tried to a little bit in the way that I could, but she was fierce and I kind of liked that, but it was just like, this is totally wrong show,” Carole reasoned. “It just felt like she was completely miscast in that. She would be great on The View and some of those political adjacent shows.”

On the other end of the spectrum, Carole said Ramona Singer fits the bill a bit better.

“[Ramona isn’t] afraid to make herself look… crazy. She’s the workhorse,” Carole stated. “She [is] engaging with all the women in the way that she [tries] to connect all the fights and make drama and stuff. And a lot of it did not make her look good. But in that way, she was really carrying that show.”

Carole appeared on The Real Housewives of New York City from season five through season 10.

Evan Rachel Wood says Marilyn Manson raped her during video shoot

Marilyn Manson

Los Angeles (AFP) – US actress Evan Rachel Wood has accused goth rocker Marilyn Manson of raping her on camera during the filming of a music video for his 2007 hit single “Heart-Shaped Glasses.”

Wood made the allegations — which Manson denies — in “Phoenix Rising,” an HBO documentary premiering at the Sundance film festival on Sunday.

“We had discussed a simulated sex scene. But once the cameras were rolling, he started penetrating me for real,” said Wood.

“I had never agreed to that.”

Former child actress Wood began dating Manson — whose real name is Brian Warner — in 2006 when she was 18 and he was 37.

Manson said “Heart-Shaped Glasses” was inspired by seeing Wood wearing the glasses made famous on the movie poster for Stanley Kubrick’s “Lolita.”

“I didn’t know how to advocate for myself or know how to say no, because I had been conditioned and trained to never talk back, to just soldier through,” said Wood, star of TV series “Westworld.”

“I could tell that the crew was very uncomfortable and nobody knew what to do.

“I was coerced into a commercial sex act under false pretenses… I was essentially raped on camera.”

According to the documentary, Manson later pressured Wood to tell journalists there had been no actual sex during the filming of the video.

Wood’s mother recounts hearing through a crew member that Manson was giving Wood absinthe “and whatever else,” and that she was unable to consent when he went off script.

Manson’s lawyer Howard King denied the allegation in a statement to AFP.

“Of all the false claims that Evan Rachel Wood has made about Brian Warner, her imaginative retelling of the making of the ‘Heart-Shaped Glasses’ music video 15 years ago is the most brazen and easiest to disprove, because there were multiple witnesses,” he wrote.

King said Wood was “fully coherent” during the three-day shoot and “heavily involved in weeks of pre-production planning and days of post-production editing of the final cut.”

“The simulated sex scene took several hours to shoot with multiple takes using different angles and several long breaks in between camera setups.

“Brian did not have sex with Evan on that set, and she knows that is the truth.”

Manson has been accused by multiple women of sexual assault, including “Game of Thrones” actress Esme Bianco.

Los Angeles police last year confirmed they were investigating domestic violence allegations against the singer.

Manson, who has long cultivated a controversial image with his ghostly make-up and stage name evoking serial killer Charles Manson, has parted ways with his record label Loma Vista Recordings and Hollywood agency CAA since the allegations became public.

But he continues to record music, appearing on Kanye West’s album “Donda” last year.

“Phoenix Rising” documents efforts by Wood and other sexual assault survivors to extend the statute of limitations for sex crimes, allowing women more time to seek justice following abuse.

The Sundance film festival — taking place online again this year due to the Covid-19 pandemic — runs until January 30.

Chris Martin’s Son Moses, 15, Is Nearly As Tall As Him As They Step Out In New Photo

Chris Martin and Moses Martin

Coldplay singer Chris Martin, 44, looked California-cool on a morning outing in Malibu with his son Moses, 15, who is now nearly the same height as his dad.

Keeping it Cali chill with some father-son bonding. Chris Martin and his son Moses Martin looked cute during their casual outing for breakfast in Malibu on January 23. It’s hard to believe the 15-year-old is nearly as tall as his dad, who is six feet one and used to tower over his son a short time ago! While they are twinning in height, they sported slightly different styles. Chris wore a white shirt and cozy-looking white beanie over his short hair while Moses wore an edgier black hoodie, with his dirty blonde locks hanging over his eyes. The dad-son duo seem to be pretty tight, and go on frequent outings together.

Chris and Moses were photographed spending quality time in Tulum, Mexico over the new year, and they were also spotted enjoying a day at the polo fields a few months back in the Pacific Palisades. Not only is Moses growing up super fast, he also has quite a budding music career under his belt! Moses lent his vocals to his dad’s song “Humankind,” sang on “Orphans” from the Coldplay album Everyday Life, and has even performed live on stage with his pops. “We’ve always kind of forced our children to work,” Chris joked to in January 2020. “We really appreciate the Victorian times of young British children getting an honest day’s pay. Whenever we’re on tour, any of the kids that are around, we’ll drag them on stage for something or other.”

Chris was married to Moses’s mom Gwyneth Paltrow from 2003-2016, and the family spent a lot of time together at shows and on tour. The exes, who famously “consciously uncoupled,” also have a daughter, Apple Martin, age 17. Apple looks like a combo of her parents, while Moses is a spitting image of Chris, which is even more evident in the close-up shot Gwyneth shared for their son’s 15th birthday last April. “Holy Moses I can’t believe you are 15 today,” she wrote. “You are the dreamiest, sweetest, most brilliant guy ever. I love you so much, you can’t fathom it. Happy birthday you little shredder.”

Moses and Apple are quite fortunate to have such talented and seemingly well-adjusted parents, along with some bonus extended family. Mom Gwyneth married Glee co-creator Brad Falchuk in 2018 and Chris has been dating 50 Shades of Gray star Dakota Johnson since 2017. Luckily—especially for the sake of the kids—they get along well with Chris and Dakota. Dakota spent some quality time herself with Moses on a helicopter ride in 2019, which seems pretty cool future step-mom material! Overall, it’s nice that the new lady in Chris’s life supports his special relationship with his son.

Stella Banderas, 25, Is Total Blend Of Her Parents Melanie Griffith & Antonio Banderas In Rare Pic At Fashion Week

Stella Banderas

Stella Banderas channeled one of her mom’s throwback films ‘Working Girl’ as she stunned in a red, business chic set.

Stella Banderas, 25, proved definitely takes after her parents Antonio Banderas and Melanie Griffith as she looked fabulous while attending Dior’s Haute Couture Paris Fashion Week show. She definitely understood the assignment as her outfit was head-to-toe Dior. While she’s a fairly private person, she had to show off her stunning outfit to photographers in the Rodin museum before grabbing her seat at the show.

The actress definitely got both of her parents’ good looks as she modeled a stunning two-piece piece set that consisted of a red blazer and mini skirt. She held a tiny white Dior purse and rocked some black and white stilettos. She topped off the business chic look with an intricate silver necklace and sported an ombré bob cut.

She was recently spotted out with her famous mother when celebrating her 64th birthday in August 2021. Stella kept it chic but casual for the occasion as she wore a black jumpsuit and brown blazer. Her mom complemented her with a black long-sleeved shirt and caramel high-waisted pants. The mom and daughter duo looked like twins with their beautiful blonde locks.

While she may look like her mom, Stella no longer wants to share a name with her. The Spanish actress legally filed to remove “Griffith” from her last name. “I just want to shorten my name by removing the extra last name. As well, I typically do not use “Griffith” when referring to myself or on documents,” she said in court documents obtained by The Blast. “So, dropping the name would match my regular use.” Should the name change go through, her newly-shortened name will be Stella Del Carmen Banderas. Based on the court documents, she doesn’t seem to be changing her name due to any ill will with her mother.

Stella has dabbled in both modeling and acting. She even appeared in Crazy in Alabama with her parents and half-sister Dakota Johnson. Her skills aren’t limited to the entertainment industry. She was born in Spain and has dual citizenship in America and Spain so she is fluently bilingual in English and Spanish.
