Tristan Thompson is being sued for child support according to a new report from the DailyMail.

The UK publication obtained court documents filed by a 31-year-old woman named Maralee Nichols asking for child support for her baby boy, whose due date is December 3rd and could likely arrive any day now. According to her filing, the child was conceived in Houston this March while Thompson was in town celebrating his 30th birthday. While we could not find any social media birthday posts on Tristan’s Instagram page.

There was this sweet message Khloe posted along with a photo of herself with Tristan and their daughter True:

Pretty sure these are not the kind of memories Khloé was talking about.

Thompson is not denying he had sex with Nichols. The filing includes a declaration from the Sacramento Kings baller admitting he had sex with Nichols multiple times at a hotel following a party the two attended together. Thompson describes how Nichols drove them to the event in her Maserati, then afterwards returned to his hotel where she told him she had ‘a special birthday surprise’ for him. Thompson says he knew she was referring to sex.

“When we got to my hotel room, we immediately had sexual intercourse,” Thompson says in his declaration. “Petitioner [Nichols] initiated our sexual contact and never objected to our having sexual intercourse. She was very awake and conscious and did not exhibit any signs that she was other than a willing participant in our sexual activities.”

“We did not drink at my hotel room and Petitioner was not drunk. After we had sexual intercourse, Petitioner specifically asked me if she could spend the night because it was my ‘special birthday’ as she called it.”

“I told her I had to get up early in the morning but she said it would not be an issue for her. After we had sexual intercourse, we went to bed. We were both naked sleeping with one another. Before I left the hotel, we had sexual intercourse again in the morning.”

While Thompson claims that night was the only time he had sex with Nichols, her lawyers say the affair began at least five months before his birthday celebrations and that Nichols traveled to California multiple times to see Thompson, including after she got pregnant.

Nichols filed her paternity suit on June 30 in Los Angeles, after relocating there from Texas. She is asking for child support, reimbursement of medical expenses and pregnancy-related costs such as Lamaze classes, a doula, and prenatal vitamins as well as newborn clothing, formula, and diapers.

Thompson is asking that the case be moved to Texas, since Nichols was a resident of Texas at the time of conception. Thompson also accuses Nichols of ‘venue shopping’ and claims he never had sex with Nichols in California and wasn’t even aware she had moved there. He also says he’s never been a California resident and that his residence is in Massachusetts and his only license is a Massachusetts ID. Interestingly enough, Thompson mentions both of his other children and their mothers, noting that he maintains a residence in California because he’s only allowed to see his children there. He also makes a few mentions of ‘being hounded by the paparazzi’ and complains about how he was served with Nichols’ lawsuit claiming her legal team had been ‘lying in wait’ and ‘slipped through the gates’ of his Encino home in front of his children to hand over the documents. While he hasn’t denied he could have fathered Nichols’ son he is asking for a paternity test once the baby is born.

SMH. There is a whole lot of stretching being done to avoid paying the cost of California child support. Do you think Nichols is wrong to file in California? Is Tristan wrong for asking for a change in jurisdiction?

While Khloé hasn’t commented directly about the case, she did post a message to her story about not having energy for negativity.

Yikes… Listen, babies are a blessing, but this sounds really messy.

Madonna’s Son David, 16, Bonds With Her BF Ahlamalik Williams, 27, On Dinner Date Out

Madonna and Ahlamalik Williams

The ‘Material Girl’, 63, was snapped heading to a late dinner in West Hollywood during a rare outing with boyfriend Ahlamalik Williams and son David Banda.

Date Night! Er, sort of. Madonna headed out to a late dinner at Italian hotspot Cecconi’s in West Hollywood on January 19 with her boyfriend Ahlamalik Williams and son, David Banda. The superstar—whose last name is Ciconne, pronounced the same as the restaurant—showed up looking like her usual superstar self for the mini family affair.

Madge wore a purple leopard loungewear-looking ensemble under a black trench with her phone in a crossbody strap. The icon also carried a black Mawi handbag—with her other hand hand wrapped around her man’s arm—wearing sunglasses at night, naturally. Ahlamalik opted for low-key in all black, while David’s outfit trumped his mom’s with colorful print pants, a green shirt, and blue denim shirt jacket. Quite the fashionable bunch!

It’s always exciting to see Madonna out of the house, though social media has been the gift that keeps on giving for Madonna fan, as the proud mama is constantly posting intimate videos of her family life, showing off her kids’ many talents while capturing frequent sing-a-longs and family talent shows. The singer has two biological children— Lourdes Leon, 25, with ex-love Carlos Leon, and Rocco Ritchie, 21, with ex-husband Guy Ritchie—along with four adopted children: David Banda, 16, Mercy James, 15, and 9-year-old twins Stella and Estere. Ahlamalik is reportedly behind the lens for the most part, but last night he was on center stage for the cameras. The pair met on her Rebel Heart tour in 2015—he was a backup dancer. (Ahlamalik has also danced for Nicki Minaj and has worked with the Cirque du Soleil troupe.)

This is the second Madonna dinner in the past week that has been creating quite a stir around the net. Pals Kanye West and new GF Julia Fox—who is in talks to be playing Debi Mazar in Madonna’s upcoming biopic—joined her for a dinner at Delilah in West Hollywood on January 12, along with Floyd Mayweather and Antonio Brown. Hopefully these epic dinners will continue to occur on the regular, but for now, we’ll take what we can get!

RHOC: Emily Simpson Shades Jen as “Hypocritical” and Calls Noella “Contradicting,” Talks Heather Drama and Reunion

RHOC: Emily Simpson Shades Dr. Jen Armstrong as “Hypocritical,” Weighs in on Heather and Noella’s Drama and Says Shannon “Knew” Terry’s Lawsuit Would Be Brought on Camera, Plus Talks Reunion Receipts

This season on Real Housewives of Orange County, Emily Simpson is seemingly a different person. Viewers are falling in love with her new spirit and energy.

In a recent episode, the Bravo star let loose at a party, taking several shots. During the evening, she questioned Dr. Jennifer Armstrong‘s past relationship.

In an interview with ET, Emily explained why she cross-examined Jen, who dated a billionaire (who later sued her).

“You know where that came from?” said Emily. “Jen always likes to give Noella [Bergener] a hard time about meeting her husband on SeekingArrangements.com. And I just find it hypocritical… because I know that [Jennifer] dated this guy and I’m thinking he’s an older guy, he was married. I mean, he sued her and won a judgment against her for a bunch of money. To me, I don’t know, I just felt like digging in there.”

Emily then addressed the Noella/Heather drama: “I don’t really understand it. I know Noella thinks that she saw something [happen at Heather’s house] but that’s the part that I don’t understand, because she contradicts herself a lot. She says, ‘I saw it.’ Then she says, ‘No, I heard. No, somebody told me. No, I saw it.’ …When you tell the truth you don’t contradict yourself over and over again.”

According to Emily, Noella initially acted like a “fangirl” toward Heather. It was “not normal,” she said, “not how you would act if you were just out to lunch with friends. I mean, she was very like, ‘I can’t believe I’m sitting next to Heather Dubrow!’ And there’s another time in the season where she says weird stuff about Heather and calls Heather her hero. I don’t know, it’s all very bizarre to me.”

The star also spoke about the dramatic argument when Heather accused Noella of giving her daughter pornography. “Yeah… that’s a good dinner scene,” she said. “I remember being right in there … and I was trying to get Noella to be reasonable. I don’t think that’ll ever happen.”

Emily then explained her beef with Shannon at the beginning of the season, when Gina and Emily repeated a rumor (about a lawsuit regarding Dr. Terry Dubrow) that Shannon shared off-camera.

“The way it looks in the episode is like she told us something off-camera and then as soon as we found out and we were with Heather, we just ran and told Heather. That’s not what happened,” said Emily. “I will make a timeline, and I will show up at the reunion, and I will tell you what happened and people, I think, will have a better understanding of why Gina and I — or really, it was Gina, but obviously I was there and I knew she was doing it — but why it happened like that.”

She stated there are “pieces of this puzzle that are missing… There were phone calls that took place that weren’t on camera. There were texts that were… there’s just more to this story.”

“My gut feeling and based upon what I know… [Shannon] knew it was going to come up,” said Emily. “Because she does things that make it come up. She’s been on this show for eight years now, she knows you can’t shut a camera down and then drunkenly tell people things and then think that at no point during the rest of the four months of filming that it’s never going to come up.”

On a different episode, Shannon reacted negatively to Emily’s claim that Shannon was jealous of Heather and Gina’s friendship. Shannon also told ET it was “ludicrous.”

Emily addressed this reaction, saying, “When she’s so extreme like, ‘That’s ludicrous, I would never think that!’ then it just makes me think, I feel like you’re overreacting a little.” In the interview, Emily imitated Shannon’s voice, then immediately thought better of it.

“She’s not going to be happy about that,” said Emily. “But it’s imitation as a form of flattery, right?”

The star then expressed, “I think maybe there’s a little bit of jealousy there just because Shannon does suffer from FOMO. She does really always want to know what everybody else is doing and why she wasn’t invited.”
