A FORMER cleaner from Australia has shared how her breasts grew from an E cup to a JJ cup after starting a medication regimen because the weight gain was mostly on her breasts.
While Pamelia James, 27, was initially dejected about the drug’s “weird” effects, she is now making £142,000 a year online with her new fortune.
The Only Fans model explained that she was struggling with her mental health in 2018 when she sought help from her doctor and a psychiatrist.
She was prescribed the antipsychotic drug quetiapine – sold under the brand name Seroquel among others – and her depression symptoms began to ease.
James soon noticed that she was gaining weight despite not changing her diet or exercise routine.
Almost four years later, the young woman has gained 83.7 pounds and gone from a dress size 10-12 to a size 18-20.
“I was so confused because nothing else had changed. My eating and exercise habits have been the same as always,” she told news.com.au.
“I was never told that could happen, just that I would get dry mouth and drowsiness.
“But after I gained weight, I googled it and saw that a lot of people were having similar experiences.”
Like most antipsychotics, quetiapine therapy is associated with weight gain due to changes in the body’s hormones — something her doctor confirmed.
“At first I was a bit depressed so I asked for another drug to stop the weight gain, but my mental health was really taking a hit so I decided to get back on track,” she explained.
“I’m now on 200mg of Seroquel and have gained about 80lbs in total since starting.
“I wasn’t worried about my weight, but I just didn’t know how to dress for my new body. I found it really difficult at the beginning.”
The Victorian model said her genetics meant her weight gain was “mostly up to her chest” — a rarity.
“I’ve always been a girl with bigger breasts, so I think it’s all down to genetics,” she said.
“A lot of my weight just goes on my boobs, which honestly I’m fine with.”
The young woman said she has never been happier with her body and now makes a living from her JJ-cup sized breasts, which many believe are implants.
James now has 103,000 followers on Instagram.
While weight gain is a possible side effect of antipsychotics or antidepressants, everyone’s response to the drug is different.
