VLADIMIR Putin’s missile chief issued a new threat to the West today – while posing in front of a giant Satan 2 nuclear bomb.
Space agency chief Dmitry Rogozin is pictured with the 116-foot RS-28 Sarmat ICBM lying under tarpaulins on a railroad truck.

The new-generation 200-ton rocket is said to be capable of delivering 15 warheads to anywhere on earth at nearly 16,000 miles per hour.
Rogozin, the loyal head of Roscosmos, recently threatened to use them to wipe out half of Europe.
Today he posted a new image on Telegram showing a cloaked rocket in a forest.
He is among a line of officers standing in front of the huge transporter train.

Rogozin said: “Sarmat. The world’s most powerful nuclear missile with a global reach is preparing for new tests and mass production.”
Putin has previously boasted that the nuclear weapons — dubbed Satan-2 — “will make those who try to threaten Russia think twice.”
The tyrant warned: “The missile can penetrate all modern missile defense systems.
“There’s nothing like it anywhere in the world and it won’t be for a long time.”
And last month, Putin pledged that Sarmats would be deployed in a deterrent threat to NATO members supporting Ukraine by the end of the year.
The rocket made only one successful launch in April.
But Rogozin insisted a second planned test was “on schedule” and his team had started building the first of 50 units.
He said in late June: “We have already started developing rockets for mass production.
“We assume that by the end of the year we will have to put the first regiment into combat service in Uzhur, Krasnoyarsk Territory.”
In May, Rogozin — a former deputy prime minister — bragged to schoolchildren in a sinister slideshow that the missiles could destroy “half the US coast.”
Rogozin also threatened outright strikes at Downing Street and the White House in a bizarre online rant during the NATO summit.
He published satellite images and map coordinates of the Madrid summit, as well as NATO headquarters in Brussels and “decision centers” in London, Washington, Paris and Berlin.
Putin’s “Iron Doll” propagandist Olga Skabeyeva gleefully spread the images on state television.
She warned: “Greetings to the participants of the NATO summit of a bloc openly hostile to Russia.
“Just let them keep it in mind.”
It came after another ultra-loyalist prime-time TV pundit discussed using the missiles to bomb capital cities across Europe.

Dmitry Kiselyov showed viewers a graphic detailing how London could be bombed in just 202 seconds with missiles stationed in the Baltic enclave of Kaliningrad.
Putin’s allies are regularly challenged in the Russian media to threaten nuclear Armageddon in World War III.
