Google, a global leader in technology, created an engaging game Doodle to honor the iconic street snack "pani puri" in India. A popular South Asian street snack known as "Pani puri" is created with crispy shells loaded with potatoes, chickpeas, spices, and chilies.    ADVERTISEMENT Google noted that it is honoring "pani puri" since on this day in 2015, a restaurant in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, won the World's Best Pani Puri Award.
