Earlier this fall, Philip Rivers, a former NFL quarterback with extensive experience, and his wife will have their tenth child.
Rivers, who played for the Chargers for 16 seasons in San Diego and then Los Angeles, revealed to AL.com that he and his wife Tiffany are expecting a child in October.

After 17 seasons in the NFL, including his final campaign with the Indianapolis Colts, Rivers announced his retirement in 2021.
He concluded his playing days with the Chargers, winning eight Pro Bowls and setting a new franchise record for passing yards with 59,271 over 228 games. During the 2004 NFL Draft, the New York Giants selected him with the fourth overall pick before trading him to the Chargers for Eli Manning.

At St. Michael Catholic High School in Alabama, where his eldest son will start at quarterback this season, Rivers started his coaching career.
Their opening match is set on August 17.
