ASRC Federal Awarded National Institutes of Health Contract to Study Possible Environmental Impacts on Public Health

The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) Division of Translational Toxicology (DTT) has awarded ASRC Federal Data Solutions the contract for Research Data Management and Reporting (RDMR) Support Services. The company will continue to produce, analyse, and exchange environmental health research data with this five-year, $90M contract in order to better understand how environmental elements can affect public health.

The group will specifically create automated data management pipelines for quick data collecting, curation, and reporting. This effort enables DTT to provide NIEHS researchers, governmental organizations, and the general public with timely, predictive, and translatable data.

**Jennifer Felix, president and chief executive officer of ASRC Federal, remarked, "Powering the essential research undertaken at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences is a privilege and significant responsibility. "It is an honor for our scientists and IT professionals to support one of the top medical research centers in the world with resources."

To help federal agencies that are improving healthcare for Americans, ASRC Federal offers professional and IT modernization services, including systems integration, software development, network engineering, cybersecurity, data management, and research expertise. The Department of Defense, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Veterans Administration receive revolutionary services from its analysts, IT specialists, and healthcare professionals.

The company's health portfolio recently added the RDMR contract award to two previous recent victories.
Through the National Cancer Institute (NCI) Clinical Data Management contract (Contract #75N91023C00004), ASRC Federal will provide data management and data abstraction services to the NIH through 2028. This contract enables cancer researchers to quickly test new approaches to cancer prevention and treatment by supporting more than 350 early-phase clinical studies.
The group will also keep working on the NCI Centralized Support contract (Contract #75N91023C00003), which supports clinical monitoring and audits for more than 100 clinical studies to guarantee that the research teams are adhering to approved procedures.
