Back Bypoll Result 2023: Congress secures Kerala's Puthuppally assembly seat, says, 'BJP-CPM thrown out’

According to the results of the Kerala by-election, Chandy Oommen, the candidate of the opposition Congress-UDF, won with a lead of more than 36,000 votes, according to a report by PTI citing sources in the Election Commission.
