Former Ozzy Osbourne guitarist Jake E. Lee shot multiple times in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (AP) — Jake E. Lee, a former guitarist for Ozzy Osbourne, was shot and wounded a number of occasions in Las Vegas early Tuesday morning.

Las Vegas police stated in an emailed assertion that the sufferer was shot round 2:40 a.m. Tuesday and was taken to a hospital for therapy. No arrests have been made, and the police division stated its investigation was ongoing into the capturing, which passed off in a neighborhood about 10 miles (16 kilometers) south of the Strip.

A consultant for Lee confirmed the capturing in an announcement, including that Lee was aware and “is predicted to completely get better.”

“Because the incident is underneath police investigation, no additional feedback will probably be forthcoming. Lee and his household recognize respecting their privateness at the moment,” the assertion learn.

The consultant, Amanda Cagan, stated the capturing occurred as Lee was strolling his canine.

“By the grace of God, no main organs had been hit, he’s totally responsive, and anticipated to make a full restoration,” Tim Heyne, supervisor for Lee’s rock band Crimson Dragon Cartel, advised The Related Press.

Born in Norfolk, Virginia, and raised in San Diego, the 67-year-old Lee performed guitar in a number of bands within the glam steel scene of Los Angeles’ Sundown Strip within the Nineteen Eighties, together with an early model of Ratt.
