Green Bay Packers buy property south of Lambeau Field for $800,000

ASHWAUBENON – The Inexperienced Bay Packers purchased 2055 Barberry Lane, south of Lambeau Subject, for $800,000.

The Packers already owned parcels on three sides of the lot, which had a residential residence on one-quarter of an acre. All of the tons have been cleared, together with the one simply bought.

Up to now this calendar 12 months, the Packers spent almost $13.7 million on eight parcels — 5 business and three residential. All are south or east of Lambeau Subject. Two of the business companies have moved or are planning to maneuver to new websites.

The property was acquired by Henry Actual Property Growth on Sept. 6 for $800,000. Henry Actual Property Growth is owned by Ed Martin, previously a member of the Packers board of administrators. The Packers bought the property for a similar value on Oct. 30.
