ASHWAUBENON – The Inexperienced Bay Packers purchased 2055 Barberry Lane, south of Lambeau Subject, for $800,000.
The Packers already owned parcels on three sides of the lot, which had a residential residence on one-quarter of an acre. All of the tons have been cleared, together with the one simply bought.
Up to now this calendar 12 months, the Packers spent almost $13.7 million on eight parcels — 5 business and three residential. All are south or east of Lambeau Subject. Two of the business companies have moved or are planning to maneuver to new websites.
The property was acquired by Henry Actual Property Growth on Sept. 6 for $800,000. Henry Actual Property Growth is owned by Ed Martin, previously a member of the Packers board of administrators. The Packers bought the property for a similar value on Oct. 30.
All advised, the Packers spent greater than $81 million shopping for land round Lambeau Subject, most of it during the last 17 years. The crew owns greater than 92 acres, most of it in Ashwaubenon and half of it as a part of the Titletown district.
The Packers haven’t stated what they may do with the land. Group representatives say proudly owning the land provides them flexibility for the long run. Additionally, a number of the tons might be used for operations through the 2025 NFL draft, scheduled for April 24-26 in Inexperienced Bay.

- 841 Mike McCarthy Approach, Ashwaubenon, on June 20, for $1.2 million. Team2Racing is the business constructing tenant.
- 835 Mike McCarthy Approach, Ashwaubenon, on Oct. 21, for $4.5 million. The property is residence to Inexperienced Bay Distillery, which has a long-term lease.
- 842 Mike McCarthy Approach, Ashwaubenon, on Sept. 26, for $1.16 million. The property is residence to Cleaning soap Merchandise Inc., which is able to transfer to a brand new website on the finish of the 12 months.
- 728 Lombardi Ave., Inexperienced Bay, on April 10 for $2.35 million. The property was the former residence of Packer Fastener. It now’s used as warehousing for Packers retail operations.
- 2031 S. Oneida St., Ashwaubenon, on April 16 for $2.5 million. The property is a BP fuel station and can proceed to function as a fuel station for the foreseeable future.
- 935 Stadium Drive, Ashwaubenon, on Jan. 30 for $600,000. Home was razed and land is used for parking.
- 927 Stadium Drive Ashwaubenon, on Could 22 for $600,000. Home was razed and land is used for parking.
