NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – Nation music star Morgan Wallen spent Sunday night time in jail after he allegedly threw a chair from the highest of a Broadway bar.
In keeping with the arrest affidavit, 30-year-old Wallen was on the roof of Chief’s Bar round 10:45 p.m. on Sunday, when witnesses watched him decide up a chair, throw it over the roof, and chuckle about it. The rooftop of the bar sits six tales above Broadway.
Two officers with the Metro Nashville Police Division had been under on Broadway and mentioned the chair landed three ft from them, in response to the affidavit. Officers spoke with bar workers, and witnesses, and reviewed safety footage, which all confirmed Wallen’s alleged actions, the affidavit states.
Wallen was arrested and booked simply after 12:30 a.m. He’s charged with three counts of felony reckless endangerment and one depend of disorderly conduct, which is a misdemeanor. He posted a bond of $15,250 and was launched from Davidson County jail round 3:30 a.m.
Wallen’s legal professional Worrick Robinson launched the next assertion concerning the nation star’s arrest:
“At 10:53p Sunday night Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He’s cooperating absolutely with authorities.”
Chief’s Bar is owned by fellow nation music star Eric Church and celebrated its grand opening over the weekend.
Wallen is due in courtroom Could 3, which is Day 2 of the nation star’s three days of performances scheduled at Nissan Stadium.
