Amy Slaton Halterman of TLC’s ’1000-lb Sisters’ arrested for drug possession, child endangerment after camel bite, authorities say

ALAMO, Tenn. (WMC/Grey Information) – Amy Slaton Halterman of TLC’s “1000-lb Sisters” was arrested in Tennessee on Labor Day after a camel chew reportedly led to a drug bust inside the fact TV character’s automobile.
The Crockett County Sheriff’s Division says that deputies had been referred to as to the Tennessee Safari Park in Alamo, Tennessee, on Monday after a visitor was bitten by one of many park’s camels.
Upon arriving on the visitor’s automobile, deputies “had been instantly overtaken by suspicious odors” coming from the automotive, which sat Halterman, Brian Scott Lovvorn, and two youngsters.
County officers didn’t establish who was bitten or disclose the extent of any accidents.
Each Halterman and Lovvorn face prices of Schedule I and Schedule VI substance possession and two counts of kid endangerment.
Each are being held on the Crockett County Jail.
No bond or listening to info is obtainable at the moment.
