NEW YORK (AP) — A gaggle of eight U.S. newspapers is suing ChatGPT-maker OpenAI and Microsoft, alleging that the expertise firms have been “purloining hundreds of thousands” of copyrighted information articles with out permission or cost to coach their synthetic intelligence chatbots.
