MEMPHIS, Texas (KFDA) – The FBI Dallas Discipline Workplace is providing a $5,000 reward for any data relating to 33-year-old Seth Altman, who’s accused of taking pictures Memphis Police Chief Rex Plant late Thursday night time.
Officers say Chief Plant and one other officer have been serving an arrest warrant for housebreaking of a habitation when the suspect shot Chief Plant a number of occasions. Altman then ran away from the world.
Chief Plant was airlifted to a Lubbock hospital the place officers say he’s secure.
