Howard Stern’s ‘Crazy Cabbie’ Lee Siegfried Passes Away At 55
Lee Siegfried, identified to many as Loopy Cabbie from his days on Howard Stern’s syndicated radio present, has handed away at 55. His dying was confirmed by fellow Minnesota native and air expertise Cane Peterson, who shared the information on Fb on March 31.
Siegfried, whose actual title was Lee Anthony Mroszak, had been battling a uncommon nerve dysfunction since 2020, which posed a danger of paralysis.
He’s greatest remembered for his time on New York’s 92.3 Okay-Rock (WXRK) and his appearances on The Howard Stern Present, Siegfried carved out a distinct segment for himself within the radio trade together with his distinctive Loopy Cabbie persona, initially developed throughout his tenure at two Minneapolis-based radio stations.
