The 47-year-old Mayweather fought Gotti in an eight-round battle with no judges in Enviornment Ciudad de Mexico.
It was a rematch of a battle that resulted in a large brawl in Florida final June.
Mayweather, who retired from boxing in 2017 with an unbeaten file in 50 bouts, dominated the battle from the second spherical, when the fighter nichnamed “Cash” requested for a change of referee.
On the finish of the battle, Mayweather and Gotti III embraced within the ring as Mexicans followers loudly booed.
