Olivia Munn Claims a ‘Newsroom’ Director Tried to ‘Ruin’ Her Career

Olivia Munn is opening up about what she endured by a director on the collection The Newsroom.

Munn not too long ago shared on the Armchair Expert podcast that whereas engaged on the previous HBO present, created by Aaron Sorkin, one of many administrators tried to “smash” her profession by telling others within the trade she was onerous to work with after they disagreed on her character, Sloan Sabbith.

Munn wouldn’t title who it was. She later came upon the director spoke negatively about their expertise working collectively to different filmmakers that might probably rent her.

The Hollywood Reporter reached out to HBO for remark.
