The Columbus Crew have been topped Leagues Cup 2024 Champions with their win over Los Angles FC.
In a tense match for a lot of the preceedings, Columbus broke a 1-1 impasse in a stoppage time flurry due to Cucho Hernandez’ second aim of the night time and the insurance coverage end from Jacen Russell-Rowe.
With the win, Columbus qualifies on to the coveted Concacaf Champions Cup Spherical of 16 because the Leagues Cup Champions. Runners up Los Angeles FC and at present’s third place match winners, Colorado Rapids, have certified for the Concacaf Champions Cup 2025 who will be a part of the counfederation event in Spherical One.
