Alaska Airways flights delayed after momentary groundstop
A floor cease for all Alaska Airways flights Wednesday morning brought about dozens of delays at Seattle-Tacoma Worldwide Airport.
The Seattle-based airline stated in an announcement it requested a floor cease for all Alaska and Horizon air flights out of an abundance of warning after it “skilled a problem whereas performing an improve to the system that calculates our weight and steadiness.”
The bottom cease lasted from about 7:30 a.m. to eight:30 a.m. Pacific time, when flights started resuming.
The vast majority of the delays have been at Seattle-Tacoma Worldwide Airport.
