DMCA Removal Request

Upon receiving a valid DMCA request, we will investigate the claim and remove or disable access to the infringing content. We will notify the user responsible for the infringing content, and they will have the opportunity to submit a counter-notification if they believe the content was removed by mistake.
Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed by mistake or due to misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification. The counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if you are outside of the U.S., to the jurisdiction of any judicial district where the service provider may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
