Man City wins record fourth straight Premier League title after 3-1 win against West Ham

MANCHESTER, England (AP) — Manchester Metropolis gained a file fourth straight Premier League title on Sunday by beating West Ham 3-1 within the ultimate recreation of the season.

City ended the season with 91 points — two more than Arsenal.
