Shintaro Cho and Yuri Itakura, former managers of 31-year-old East Village standby Sake Bar Decibel on Ninth Avenue, have opened their very own place on the Decrease East Facet.
Sake Bar Asoko is now in soft-open mode at 127 E. Broadway between Essex and Pike.
